Very beautiful house, quiet. The location is conveniently located for exploring the area. The host and the person who takes care of the house are very responsive: we had a problem and it was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Excellent!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Max&Lory! Max and Lory are incredibly kind and generous hosts – truly some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home. Max even offered us an airport transfer, which was a huge help, and on several occasions, he drove us to the city center – something that is far from ordinary and speaks volumes about his hospitality. The fridge was fully stocked when we arrived, and every detail showed how much they care about their guests. We came as strangers and left as friends. Thank you both for everything, we’ll definitely be back!

Sabrina's place was wonderful. The house had large open spaces & an incredible terrace outside with beautiful view. Its situated in a condominium with a large shared pool, which our children adored. We also enjoyed the free evening entertainment at the nearby Chia Laguna. Sabrina was quick & efficient responding to any issues, and very accommodating when we needed things. We'd love to come back!

We stayed at Luciana's place for a week with our 2 little children (2 and 5 years). A really great accommodation in the wonderful city of Chia. The apartment is very large and super clean. The kitchen was super equipped (even a mixer and blender were provided). The bathrooms are new and modern. There's a baby bed, high chair and extra beach towels. It is about a 5-10 minute drive to the beaches of Chia. If you have bikes with you, you can do everything by bike. Our recommendation is with children the small bay of Spiaggia di Su Portu (not so windy, no high waves and very shallow sloping). The city itself is very small, great if you are looking for some peace and quiet. We would stay with Luciana again anytime.

We had a lovely holiday. The pools are fantastically beautiful. However, we have to say quite honestly if we hadn't been there with friends who lived in the villa, some of it would have been a bit difficult. The seating in front of the pool house is available but very hot until the evening. Kitchen is available with everything you need but with a very very small work surface that makes it very difficult to cook. But that was no problem for us as we spent most of the time at the villa. We had chosen these cottages because the description said there is the villa and the pool house, but the pool house is a semi-detached house that is also inhabited. There are other cottages on the premises and there is a kiosk and another pool(which is fantastic), but day guests also come to the property. It's all just a heads up. We had a great stay despite everything.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

Very good location for tennis players, close by foot from the forte village club. The house is clean and easy to manage. Otherwise very calm neighborhood and super close from the beach. Hosts are extremely nice and friendly, they are free to help anytime and they even drove us to some nice places to visit. I recommend strongly !!

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. Recommended for those who want to spend a few days completely disconnecting from their daily lives. Francesco and Giulia

If you're looking for a peaceful, smooth sailing, Sardinian retreat, this is your place! Rafaella is truly the kindest and generous host you could ask for. From the moment I booked they were available to answer questions and requests and more. Throughout the stay this continued if not increased! As for their place it is just so so lovely. On the first night we got there, we sat there and melted into the peaceful night, no sounds but nature, a breath of fresh air from city life! Everything we could have needed was provided, so many thoughtful touches that show the heart of Rafaella! Thanks to Rafaella's great recommendations in the info booklet, our trip was so perfect! Definitely go to Su Cambidu if you visit Cagliari, get everything you can >.< The location is great, so so many beautiful beaches nearby, wildlife/nature parks, also the Grotte caves with aragonite crystals, and the beautiful SP71 coastal road. We hired a car. if you want a peaceful holiday that feels like home go here.

Turned to all the positive reviews and can conclude that everything that has been said is correct. A very nice, quiet location. Super nice house where really everything is present. Lots of (beach) toys for the kids. And a fantastic garden. Tommaso and Roberto were also able to provide food and drinks before the start. Roberto and Tommaso respond directly to questions and are perfectly friendly. Furthermore, they will leave you alone and enjoy the holiday. You do need a car for the location but everything is close to riding. The most beautiful beaches such as Tuerredda and Giudeu can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes. In short, recommended!

Very clean, spacious place. The owners welcomed us very well (small gifts were waiting for us for the aperitif). Both present and discreet, they were able to provide us with all the necessary tips to enjoy the region and were available. Beautiful beaches nearby and a village where you will find everything you need: restaurants, pharmacy, bakery.... The air conditioning in the living room was very appreciated. However, it was more difficult to refresh rooms equipped with ceiling fan. This week's review is very positive and we highly recommend this listing.

Nice! We really liked the apartment; warm and cozy and with many refinements of the past. The closed gallery is very nice, rich in greenery; the outdoor garden and the rustic part with a well, brolo, chicken and cats. We appreciated the endless objects that told us about the history of the home making us fantasize about those who lived there. We really felt at home. The basket with reading proposals is also pleasant, both with "tourist" information and literature. The village is small but close to home there is everything and is very convenient both to reach Cagliari and the many places of interest that are located nearby: San Esperate with the garden/museum of Pinuccio Sciola, Dolianova, Barumini, Siddi with the tomb of the giants and the corridor nuraghe. Not to mention the beaches. If we were to come back, we would definitely like to take advantage of this hospitality again

Very nice house with all the necessities and in a superb wooded setting (the garden, and, beyond, the pine forest) close to a beautiful long beach very pleasant for children. The pine forest is also a safe place for children to play safely, during the period when we were there, which was not very touristy. Simone was extremely flexible on schedules (in our case frankly changing schedules), and always very friendly in her communication! Also, and this is becoming rare on Airbnb, the price advertised is the price you pay (no excess type of linen or towel rental type, tourist taxes etc.). I recommend it!

The detached villa is located directly at the beach and thus has a great location. The view of the sea every morning was outstanding. The beach section right in front of the house is clean and quiet. The welcome by Laura, Marco's mother, was very warm and welcoming (Sardinian sweets, sparkling wine and ice cream as a welcome greeting). Communication with Marco and Laura was straightforward and friendly. The amenities and spaces have exceeded the description and pictures in the ad. The garden furniture has been renewed, for example, and the rooms are brighter and friendlier than on the pictures. The equipment of the house is excellent: a kayak, loungers for the garden, a warm outdoor shower, the kitchen was also very well equipped - only a dishwasher we missed something. We had a group of 10 people (2 children) and found room in the property. Thank you for the great week! We would come back anytime!

We felt very comfortable. Everything was as described and Antonio was very friendly and helpful! In autumn, the small village is very quiet and tranquil - just right for us to recharge the sun for the winter! There are many beautiful beaches within a short drive...
