Hello, welcome to our C listing, in our independent house, it is the most lovely house, although it is not big, but in this small world, every moment is for you.With high speed internet, your remote work is easier, fast and enjoyable.This is a particularly small cozy room.But it has a separate entrance, separate bedroom, separate bathroom, no kitchen, suitable for one or two people.Preferred for guests who do not need to cook or have a large space.It's the best choice for a good night's sleep, waking up to a hot shower, eliminating fatigue and setting off again.The room has a 1.5m double bed, hair dryer, toaster, mini fridge, hot and cold fan, spare pillow and blanket.If you like the security of being wrapped, I think you can try it.If you need space to move around, you can walk to the courtyard in our common area and sit on the sofa to enjoy the breeze.Immerse yourself in your own little world, and you may have the satisfaction you deserve! Great S. Salinas neighborhood within walking distance to Old Town. In Old Town you will find great restaurants, places to get a drink, nightlife, and movie theater. Centrally located, 100 miles to San Francisco, 15 miles to Monterey Peninsula (Fisherman's Wharf, Aquarium, Pacific Grove, & Carmel). The unit is brand new. Cozy, sunny, and spacious, with lots of privacy. There is a Microwave, Keurig, and mini-fridge (no freezer) available for use. There is NO stove, oven, or air-conditioning.

This house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, kids and families friendly, nearby parks, playgrounds, markets. It's a residential house, so any event or party is forbidden. The house has security camera outside driving way and front door. If you are planning to host an event or party, this is not a suitable place. The house has central heating, doesn't have A/C for cooling. The house has cooking utensils. We also have Netflix pre-set up on the TV.

Located in a historical neighborhood dating to the early 1930's. The cabana has lots of natural light. Privacy walls. A private patio and entrance. The spacious cabana features a stone fireplace, a grand queen bed, large bathroom with a shower for 2. The vibe is of peace and serenity. The colors are muted and sparsely decorated. The bed sheets, pillow and mattress protectors and blanket are changed after each stay. The bath towels are warm. ZEN!
