Ghia is an amazing host ,our stay was great and Ghia was very helpful and friendly .

We had a wondefurl time, we felt at home from the moment we arrived, the desceiption said it was a shared pool but we didn't even really had go share it, the whole house had great acommodations, also we had a good rest thanks to the good mattreses they had fof both beds. They even had a huge Bluetooth speaker by the pool bar, it made our stay even better. We got go meet Niekia and his husband and they were great to us, we couldn't have asked for a better host.

Malcolm's place was exactly like the pictures. Love the area, would stay here again!

Anthony was a great host, very responsive and easy to reach if we had questions. The place was beautiful and clean. The check in and out process was quick and easy and the pace was situated in a prime spot a walk away from Arawak cay, restaurants, and stores. I would definitely recommend a stay at Anthony’s if you’re ever in Nassau.

We loved the proximity of this property to the beach & restaurants. It was extremely safe & walkable. The “neighborhood” of the villa was so quiet! We had an infant with us and the villa had everything we needed. Having the washer & dryer in the unit was a bonus! The villa was pristine. Kyrene was so responsive to our requests & helpful. We’d definitely recommend to friends & family.

Penny was a fabulous host! The place is fully equipped with everything you need and even more beautiful than the photos! Penny’s attention to detail really shows in how perfectly decorated it is & how much is included that you wouldn’t even think of. The grocery store is walking distance and it’s short cab ride away to the Baha Mar resort. Penny was very responsive and accommodating. We will remember staying here forever! Thank you!

Ramesh was awesome! We had the whole place to ourselves and it looks like it has been recently renovated. Very clean. AC worked great! Ramesh answered all our questions right away and gave great recommendations. He set up transportation to the place and back to the airport!

Excellent stay. Spencer was a super helpful host, the house was great, easy location to get around from especially with a car, and lots of good recommendations within easy distance. We had a beautiful vacation!

Lou is an absolutely fantastic host. From the very beginning always responsive and engaging with us to make sure we were up to date and kept informed. Lou was also extremely accommodating. The place was exactly what we expected from the listing, bright, clean and had all the amenities we required. Comfortable beds, lots of space and very well taken care of. This was my second stay at Elvira's place and it was impeccable. Elvira goes way above and beyond the other hosts at this property. I know because I've stayed at several other AirBNBs at Palm Cay. First, there is the personal touch. She or a member of her family greets you in person to let you in. This is a welcome change from other hosts who have electronic key locks for which they don't give you full instructions and so you spend a good 30 minutes of your stay just trying to get into the place. Next, Elvira's place is beautifully decorated with local art on the walls. There is even a gift basket with local treats and a 5-gallon water dispenser, which trust me is way more valuable than it sounds. Without it, you are trekking to the nearby grocery store to buy gallon bottles of water for drinking and cooking. My husband, who was not with me on my 1st visit said the second he entered, "Wow, this feels like home!" It does! Immaculately clean and so comfortably appointed.

This is a great Airbnb with a perfect location. We walked to the public section of Cabbage Beach almost every day ($20 to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella). We also walked to Anthony’s Restaurant for Happy Hour 3-6pm (B1G1 drinks and $14 appetizers). Also within walking distance is the ferry to Nassau ($7 each way) and the huge Atlantis resort. There is a small, very expensive and sparse, grocery store nearby, along with a liquor store. Everything was close, which was great. The home was a tad challenging to locate at first, but that’s because it was night when we arrived and our taxi driver ($45 from airport) didn’t follow the directions Jasmine sent to us. Getting in was easy and we were pleased to find such a lovely, comfortable place to call home for a week. The place was stocked with most everything we needed. Jasmine was very responsive when I requested a new hair dryer, and had it to us within hours. If we ever travel back, we would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! We travelled with three small kiddos and they enjoyed the trip just as much as we did. The pool was just footsteps outside the home (and we had it to ourselves 99% of the time) and there is a pristine beach just a 5 minute walk down the road where we spied stingrays, starfish, turtles, and lots of fish. Silvana’s home had everything we needed, and we had a great stay.

This place was exactly as described! It was perfect for us - 2 adults and 2 children. Very spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Lounge and dining area we large with a great well equipped kitchen! Clean with everything we could possibly need. Very quiet. Beautiful pools and easily accessible to walk to shops, beach and surrounds. Great hosts! Quick to respond to any questions. Would stay again “in a heartbeat”!!

If I were to tell you that I looked at EVERY AirBnB on New Providence… you may think I was exaggerating… I would not be… We took so much time and consideration choosing what would be the best match for our needs, and this was perfection. The condo was gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Heather and her team went above and beyond to ensure that our accommodation and stay on the island went smoothly. We loved the location. Downtown is a short drive that typically took about 15 minutes, a short walk to the public access of Cable Beach, and you can be to Jaws Beach in about 20 minutes. The unit is right next to the pool, making peaceful mornings and evenings. We also took advantage of the outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off at the end of a beach day to ensure we brought in as little sand as possible. The one draw back, if you are a sucker for a sunrise/sunset, then Cable Beach area in general may not be for you. Being in the middle of the north facing island, it was hard to catch either.
