Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Nassau

Talk about the red carpet treatment. When I was choosing where I would be staying I had a lot of questions and Katarina not only answered all my questions regarding the location she discussed things around me and helped me figure out the best options for travel while I was in Bahamas. She also made recommendations on eateries too. She was so kind and patient that for me is second to none. Now let’s talk about the accommodations. I was in the heart of Paradise Island. The balcony deck overlooked the ocean and I sat there and ate breakfast as boats drove by…it was beautiful. Also has a pool you can swim in and a dock you can sit at. The villa was spacious and clean. Steps away from eateries, Atlantis and Warwick and Cabbage Beach! The villa is nestled into a great quiet community! I will definitely be back! Thank you Katarina for making my stay GREAT!

It’s a really cute spot! Dewitt and Naomi were great and communicated well. I recommend getting a rental car if you stay here as the taxis can be expensive. It’s about a 30 min drive from Atlantis and some other popular spots. However, there’s a beautiful beach across the street and the airport is only a 10 min drive. The area is very nice, safe, and quiet. I will definitely be using this spot again for future travels.

Myself, my 20 year old and 18 year old stayed at this beautiful property from 12/23/24 to 1/1/25. the grounds are stunning. the unit we stayed in was small but perfect for us. Tangela was always super responsive even when I had a dumb question like how to get a lizard out of the tub! She was a wonderful host and I would highly recommend a stay here especially if you're looking for something more private and away from the main parts of town. Everything was within a 15 minute drive for the most part. The next time we come back to Nassau we will be staying with Tangela again. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and we're sad to say goodbye.

We enjoyed our stay at Leila’s place. The condo/studio was just as described. We loved that the beach was just a short walk away. Close to restaurants, casino, and more. Would recommend for the location.

We had an amazing family vacation! The beach was beautiful and the location was walkable to restaurants and coffee. Dan was very friendly and did a great job communicating with us. We are looking forward to coming back in the future!

The location directly on the beach, the private cove, and the large back deck providing both shaded and unshaded space were absolutely incredible. You don't have to leave the back patio, and I rarely did. The beauty of this place is even if you want to stay inside, you get to enjoy those incredible views. They honestly could charge 5x the nightly rate if they updated the place, base don the location alone. The living space is very large and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked in mostly mornings. I had a couple questions during my stay, and summer responded immediately to them via the Air Bnb app. If I ever return here, I will 100% want to stay here.

Richard’s place was perfect and he is an amazing host , super friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed my few days in his house and definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to be outside of the big crowds and yet easy access to shops and quick drive to beaches and restaurants
