Muir Beach beach vacation rentals

I had a great stay at this condo. Thought it was beyond my expectations. Dave is a great host, responsive and able to accommodate small request.

It's a nice place with super comfy beds and fancy bathrooms, as everyone says! Unfortunately the living/dining spaces and furniture are much less comfortable, the layout isn't the most conducive to spending time together, and the kitchen was missing some key items. To her credit, Hila was very responsive and even overnighted a box of missing supplies, and offered to fix issues quickly. But a lot of things weren't there as we needed them: a kettle, oven mitts, foil, the salt was almost out, only canola no olive oil, etc. While there were a lot of nice touches around the house, there were just as many small annoyances that felt like they wouldn't be tolerated if someone lived there. If you plan to spend most of the day out and just come back to sleep, wash up, and hot tub, this is perfect. If you want to cook and be cozy/comfy together, maybe not ideal? David was so kind and left us with a well stocked, clean, lovely home. A quiet neighborhood with a beautiful deck looking out at the coastal range. We loved the hot tub, so relaxing. We saw a mother fox with her three kits playing for several minutes. Since it was spring, a lovely chorus of birds greeted us every morning with their beautiful songs. If we needed anything David was just a phone call away. Thankfully we didn't anything, because if we forgot something, the house was fully stocked. Thank you David.

Guys golf outing trip. Was our second time staying at the home. Great location near the water. Plenty of room to layout throughout. House is well kept up. Jennifer answered quickly to provide assistance when the smoke detector went off for no reason? Will stay again when in the area.

Came to Napa with five friends. The house was beautiful and perfect for us. Each had their own bed and two bathrooms to share. We loved the walkable neighborhood and surroundings. Close to coffee shops, restaurants and wine tasting venues. Our host Chris was very communicative and helpful all along the way in helping us find a driver from the airport and wineries. And was accommodating in letting us check in a little early. I can’t say enough about our wonderful stay. Thank you for making our once a year get together a huge success!

Our stay was wonderful! Scott and Rebecca are amazing hosts who were very accommodating- we were traveling with a young kiddo and they were kind enough to ask about a pack n play and even organized a high chair (which we forgot to ask about). The place was very easy to find and super walkable to restaurants, cafes, and the Riverwalk. The apartment is exactly as described and pictured.

Second time staying at this property. Absolutely love this space. Thank you for the peaceful location during our work stay in Napa. We hope to be back again soon.

Rebecca was an excellent host. Her place was even nicer than the listing: Amazing views, comfy beds, awesome access to trails for hiking and delicious restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.

They are fair and reasonable owners. Beds are very comfortable. House is perfect for large families. My two critiques would be that the full size bed in common area upstairs is extremely bright in the morning. Lastly, the master bedroom upstairs has a lot of afternoon exposure and since heat rises to second floor this does become a very hot room.

We had a magical multigenerational stay at Locke's house in Inverness with my husband, three year old and my parents. We visit Pt Reyes regularly and the location is absolutely perfect, quick walk across the road to Chicken Ranch Beach for kids to romp around, a quick drive into Pt Reyes station for dinner, and easy access to all the wonderful Pt Reyes trails. The house itself was cosy, quiet, had amazing views from the deck (and was sunny most of the day which is rare on this side of Tomales bay!) and felt like a real home. We really liked having the separate cottage to provide a bit more privacy and quiet with a young kiddo with us, and we found the kitchen was well equipped for cooking in the evenings. The only very minor challenge we had was trying to heat the cottage and main house evenly as they are on the same heating system, and the nights were chilly during our visit. Definitely staying here again on future trips to Pt Reyes.

Daniel was extremely proactive, helpful and responsive. We had a great time at his place, and would definitely return! Highly recommend

The view looking out into the woods and river from the living room is absolutely breathtaking. We stayed in late April and it was a bit rainy so it wasn’t feasible to enjoy the river, but the location more than made up for it. The proximity to Armstrong Redwoods, Jenner, and several charming nearby towns made for a perfect mix of hiking, beach walks, and exploring local spots.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Robert is an excellent host who communicates extremely well. He provided us with excellent directions, restaurant recommendations, and was available to us as needed. This home is one of the most well stocked places we have rented from the kitchen, all kinds of games and books, bikes that are in great working order, ping pong table, hot tub on the deck with a wonderful view and more! Check in and check out is very easy. All of the restaurants we tried were very good and all within 3-5 minutes of the house. I would love to stay here again.

One of the cleanest most lovely Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! There was 5 of us adults plus our 1.5year old and 2 dogs - there was more than enough space for all of us! The views are incredible! Spent a lot of time on the front deck looking at the ocean and doing puzzles. Kitchen is well stocked and the hot tub was perfect! Super comfy couch for lounging and watching basketball!

A great place for families - lots of kid books and toys. Very well stocked kitchen! Comfortable beds and plenty of space for three guests. Really nice hot tub although a little loud. Very reasonable walk to river spots but narrow so be prepared to navigate a little if you have a stroller or wagon!
