The apartment is clean and consistent with the description. It's in a good location, close to the beach, shops and e.g. McDonald. Free parking and internet access are available. It's an ideal place to visit Zadar, and also a great starting point for exploring the entire region.

Robert and his mother were fantastic hosts and extremely accommodating, it made our trip absolutely seamless. Would highly recommend.

Very centrally located with plenty of restaurants, cafes and bakeries nearby. 10 min walk from Ferry landing and short walk to Roman ruins plaza. Tamara was very helpful giving us tips and quick to respond. Apt is exactly as advertised, bathroom very spacious. It was great having washer/ dryer to get our clothes cleaned . Very quiet at night during our stay! Very happy with our choice and we recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay . The apartment was even better than the photos. The sea views were amazing and the interior stylish and modern. We stayed with our daughter and 6 month old grand daughter and everything was perfect. Great to have the use of the hot tub, pool , play equipment and even the paddle board which we had great fun using. Would definitely come back. Great hosts and amenities.

We loved our stay with Elza in Zadar. We were there 3 nights and wished we had stayed longer. Elza could not have been more helpful. The apartment had everything we needed and is set in a beautiful yard with olive tree and lime trees. There is a wonderful restaurant a short walk away. Easy to get to the old town of Zadar.

The apartment is great, everything is very neat, with remarkable cleanliness. A luxurious apartment where you feel good. The equipment is complete. The place is quiet, you will sleep well, large closet in the bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious balcony, the living room is nice, beautiful bathroom, the only downside is the shower, low slope for drainage, the water does not drain quickly enough and it can flood the room very quickly. I recommend it.

No complaints at all. Wish I had more time to stay. It had everything and more. The most central place with absolutely stunning views.

The apartment was super nicely decorated and in a quiet location. With Uber, you were in the old town in about 5 minutes. Shopping can also be found nearby. Super nice and clean apartment. The contact with Meri was great, she responded very quickly and we were allowed to check in and out earlier, which was great for us. Kitchen was also fully equipped. Thanks for the wonderful stay !!

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Many thanks for a lovely stay!

Dear Danijela, It was our best trip so far. The house is just wow! and we were received in a very friendly manner, everything was explained and there was even fruit, candy, beer, charcoal. It doesn't get any better than that. The heated pool was especially great for the kids. Kind regards.

The apartment was very nice with an indescribably beautiful view of the sea from the balcony and even from the bed. The house has a direct entrance to the footpath by the sea and has some restaurants and shopping nearby. Beautiful Paclenica National Park is minutes away. The apartment was very well equipped and the hosts very friendly and helpful! We would come back anytime.

If you plan to visit Zadar, this is the house to stay in. Calm neighbourhood, 5 min to the town center via Uber and it is as great as it looks on the pictures. Furthermore you will have the perfect, welcoming hosts in Antonija and Marko. We had a wonderful week, thank you!

Was a great holiday quiet area and the host was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor area was well maintained and the interiors were very nice, only the cushions are a bit hard, if you want something softer you should take your own upholstery. Also the smaller house where the "tavern" is located is very nice with a rustic look but modern kitchen. All in all, this is a great place to stay

Goran is a very friendly host. Upon our arrival, he showed us everything thoroughly (where, what to use, etc.) If you had any questions, he and his wife were available right away. The house is beautiful and incredibly clean! I've never seen a place to stay that clean! The location is also outstanding, everything is available within 1 kilometer! I highly recommend this place! P.S. The puppy is unconscious cute!😃

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Leona, it looked like in the photos and communication with questions or problems was spotless We will be happy to come back. We particularly liked the view on the beach with private access In any case, it turns out !

thank you to Andrej and Marianja for their hospitality during our first trip to Croatia. Marijana helped tremendously following a car accident that we had and provided lots of support during the discussions with police and ambulance. The property is excellent with everything you could need for a big group, would stay again if visiting the area

Marko was a very responsive and helpful host. The apartment we stayed in was brand new and very comfortable. We stayed in the room with the AC unit on the second floor and were very comfortable sleeping in that space. We spent most of our time on the third floor on the balcony and in the kitchen which was full of new appliances. Whenever we had a question, Marko was responsive right away and we always felt comfortable reaching out to him.

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

It was a great place to stay that definitely upgraded our stay in Zadar. The place fully complies with the photos and is fully equipped. To get to the apartment you have to go into a backyard that first clouds the appearance a little, but you should not be taken beforehand. Unfortunately, there were technical difficulties in the bathroom at first, which were a little uncomfortable at first. But after a short consultation with Gordana, she was able to quickly organize help and the disturbance was resolved in a few hours. In summary, Gordana is a great host and the place is definitely recommended.

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Beautiful, stylish duplex apartment perfect for a group stay. It has three bathrooms, a jacuzzi, and sun loungers on the rooftop terrace with a lovely distant view of the Zadar Channel. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it’s a great place to relax. Host Maja was incredibly kind and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

Accommodation as described, had everything you need. Parking available. Local supermarket. Short walk to the Old Town. Easy access to motorways for day trips. Host recommended excellent day trip ideas. Host greeted on arrival and easy communication throughout our stay. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Great place to stay to visit the Croatian coast. Preferably need a car if you want to get around to the national parks and cities but it's really centrally located so no long drives needed. If you're just into swimming, the beach is only a 5 minute walk away (and there's also the pool of course). Slavko and his wife also make delicious food to enjoy on the top-side terrace. Possibilities for boat trips, sight seeing, walking are endless. Really a place to recommend !
