Staying with Jaranka feels like coming home. She's such a gracious, kind, and helpful host. The apartment is perfectly equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. If we travel to this beautiful country again, we would stay here again. Thank you Jadranka!

The place has a great location, parking is not an issue. Supermarkets are within walking distance and you can walk to the ferry to zadar by the sea. In the apartment, everything is available that is needed, TV only goes to Croatian or you log into your streaming services, then take a TV stick or Chromecast with you. The bathroom is spacious and has space for everything. The beds are super comfortable and the sea in front of the door refreshing. The location is quiet, but there are bars right on the water. Sabine was always very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back

The apartment doesn’t look great when you see the elevator, but inside it was beautiful. Very modern and well equipped. The location was awesome. We appreciated the quick response of the owners when we couldn’t find the parking garage. It would have been helpful to just tell us there was a huge P sign pointing to it. Our GPS sent us miles away. It was very easy when we found it. We were thankful to have a free parking card. The owners provided some snacks, lots of blankets and towels and everything else you would need. The location could not be more convenient for the old town. There was a bridge right in front to cross over. Lots of groceries, bars, etc. close by.

Wonderful location and views from the large balcony. Convenient for transport and local amenities - and we very much enjoyed eating in the lovely Marinero Restaurant below the apartment (which was not noisy at night).

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at! The accommodation was incredibly clean, modern, and designed to make you feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend arriving by car as it makes exploring the area much easier. Tereza was absolutely amazing! She sent us fantastic local recommendations and even reached out on a rainy day to suggest alternative plans, which we really appreciated. Her attention to detail and care made the stay even more special. If you’re looking for a place to relax and feel completely comfortable, this is the perfect spot!

A beautiful place to stay, the house from the outside as well as the apartment were a dream. It was exactly as described in the pictures and furnished with attention to detail, we felt more than comfortable. From the balcony you have a great view of the local harbor of the village and do not miss a sunset. The reception was super warm, it was even baked for us. The lady had provided some treats for us and informed us directly about possible excursions in the area. The location of the house was very quiet and private, for us as a couple the perfect end to our 10 day trip through Croatia. The beach was easy to reach, it also serves as a dog beach which did not bother us out of season as no one was there. Highly recommended, here you can really switch off!!

Everything in the house was as described. Only thing surprising was that there was no warm water in the kitchen. The location is absolutely perfect, because there is no more house in front of this one, you have a perfect view of the Karin Sea. Unfortunately, the path in front of the house has now been extended, so it is no longer quite as quiet as hoped for. Also, the beach on the left side has now been filled with gravel, so unfortunately the naturalness has been lost. But unfortunately, it's so often in Croatia. But that's really just little things. All in all, a beautiful holiday in a beautiful house with a great location.

Great location , close to the sea, sitting on the terrace in the shade of Oleander, we heard a splash of water. Charming, cozy , well-equipped, and ready for our arrival. The host was very friendly, helpful , got us parking - a fee of 60 euros for 2 weeks. Quiet , various restaurants invite you to visit. Shops close to home. We were with 4 people and these 2 weeks passed in a very pleasant atmosphere. We were sad to leave. Even the bells from the nearby church stopped bothering us. We'd love to go back.

Highly recommend this beautiful spot! Visiting Off-season the whole surrounding was very peaceful and only a few other people were in the whole bay. The garden is amazing and the house had everything we needed. Just the bedrooms felt a bit moist/humid during the night. Maybe because it was already end of September and so close to the sea. But exept from that everything war just perfect! Thank you!!!

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

Our stay was a dream 🤩 The perfect house for two couples. Super sea view, short distance to the sea (about 70 meters) and two swimming coves within walking distance. A 10-minute walk to the city. Particularly noteworthy is the extraordinary architecture of the house. We can definitely recommend the house. We thank Dino for two memorable weeks.

The apartment itself is really nice and comfortable. It is perfectly located just outside the old town and has limited free parking around. The building is older and the elevator very small. Our stroller just fit in. I would stay there again.

Very nice appartment in a beautiful Amadria Sibenik resort. We enjoy its perfect location, right on the beach, and sea view from the balcony. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions. Bathroom and kitchen were renovated recently. We missed only sun shade on the balcony which is shown on the cover picture. Sun umbrella is present, but not that usefull due to its size and wind. We wish we had, for a 4 member family, extra wardrobe too. Private parking is available, however outside the resort.

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy and helpful communication. Apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean comfortable and cozy. The location, especially the balcony and private water access was so nice. There are a couple of good nearby restaurant options (including 1 next door with boats of tourists coming by the waterfront access most days). Really lovely and kind hospitality from Vedrana’s mother, Jasna, including welcome fruit from the property and drinks. The only possible critique is the internet is a little slow, but steady and functional for most things. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

The accommodation was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. josaphine and franka both went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless.

It was a very nice apartment, with everything you need. Very easy to reach by car and with a beautiful view. You only have to walk 100 meters for a lovely beach. Communication with Petra also went very well. The only downside is that there is no shutter so you wake up very early in the morning. Otherwise really a top space so thank you Petra!
