Vacation rentals in Mrljane

We had a great stay at Villa Ana. Great outdoor area, great views and really pure privacy without neighbors or the like - we enjoyed the tranquility very much. The beds are new and cozy. Edwin was a very attentive host and we had a fruit plate, water and a bottle of wine as a welcome! Communication was excellent, and the pool was cleaned regularly. The listing is as described in the photos. However, there were a few things that were not 'perfect‘ as described in many reviews. Very few closets and little storage space, there were two of us with a dog, which is why the children's room served as a dressing room. In the bathroom, sink, shower bar and toilet seat were loose. The kitchen is still air to the top. For example, a second larger cutting board, a second pan, or a bread knife. However, this should not cloud the impression of the basically great villa! We will be happy to come back!

Spacious apartment, nice terrace and barbecue area. We didn’t miss anything, having all the needed amenities at hand. We felt comfortable and had plenty of space for 6 people. Parking places available right next to the terrace. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is great! Matej and Nena were perfect hosts. The apartment is modernly furnished, clean and just like in the pictures and in reality even bigger than it looks. From the balcony and through the windows of living room and dining table you have a wonderful view of the sea. Although the apartment is in the attic, it is not too hot even in high summer thanks to the air conditioning. Upon our arrival (at 39 degrees!), Nena had already handed over the apartment to us in an air-conditioned manner, which was a treat after the long drive. Also, the fridge was filled with drinks for us and small snacks were ready. We have never experienced such a service before! Laundry detergent, cosmetic products, dishwasher tablets, everything ready! It is a 5 min walk to the beach, by bike you may need 20 min to the old town. Restaurants and supermarkets are right close to the apartment. We highly recommend this property.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. Everything feels luxurious and well thought out. We spent 4 days in Zadar and walked everywhere, since the apartment is right in the old city centre. It was a truly lovely vacation💕

Great place, very kid friendly. Helpful, welcoming, and easily accessible hosts. We went with our two children of 9 months and 3.5 years, respectively. The home lovely spacious and clean home. Simple but adequately equipped kitchen, good beds, spacious bathrooms and again, clean. Very family-friendly layout, with rooms at one end and kitchen/bath at the other end. Lovely garden (but without swing and children's toys as pictured). 400 meters down the road you will find a good playground at the beach bar and a super child-friendly small beach with sand and low tide. Note, almost without tourists. You can choose to walk 800 meters to the left onto seafront where you will find campsite, playground and a lot of tourists. Shopping right around the corner that met every need to make every meal yourself. In addition, it is just 10 minutes from both Nin and Zaton. Nin has a great beach that is even more child-friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book the place again.

the location was great , Alma is very nice and friendly , you can reach the old town on foot, everything is about 5 to 12 minutes to reach on foot , shopping is also very close

Anka was a lovely host. We felt very welcomed and cared for during our stay. The instruction on how to get there was very clear and the car parking and transport to the island and back was organized for us. I also appreciate very much that our luggage was transported from the boat to the house which is on the top of the hill and offers a beautiful view. The apartment itself is cozy and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay with Anka very much!

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.
