Monthly Rentals in Mount Ulla

Our stay at Raye's place was very nice, pleasant and peaceful. We stayed here for approximately 2 1/2 months. The property is very accurately shown in the pictures. It is perfect for an individual or a couple looking for a nice place to stay that is close enough to grocery stores, shops and restaurants but far enough out of the way to escape the hussle and bussle of being in the middle of everything and being able to enjoy some peace and quiet. Raye was extremely nice, personable and accommodating. He was also very responsive when I did need to reach out to him for any questions, which was not very often due to the fact he was very proactive in making sure that we had all everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying at the Lasting Legacy at the Rock. I feel certain you won't be disappointed.

Keisha's place was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Well equipped with everything you need and a smart layout for a small house. Thoughtful touches and a quick and effective response to any issues made me us feel cared for. It was nice to have a private fenced yard for the dog.

I stayed one night at Peggy’s place during a business trip to Salisbury and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very quiet — I got a great night’s sleep thanks to the dark, peaceful bedroom. Peggy and Brandon were on the property when I arrived and were super friendly. I was also able to bring my dog, and Peggy was kind enough to allow a late checkout for a small fee so I could leave her in the apartment during my meeting. I’d definitely consider staying here again if I’m in the area.

We've never been to Mooresville, NC before! We went there to celebrate a relative's birthday earlier that day, but it is a long drive home, so when we saw this airbnb we decided to book it for a long weekend and it is a beautiful place!!! The bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are all exactly what we wanted and it is a short walk and/or a very brief drive from the downtown area!!! We loved the place and will definitely book it again!!!
