Very nice stay. Everything was as advertised or better. Right by main street and the town square. Stay was clean and everything was maintained well. Glad I stayed here.

Theresa the co-host went out of her way to maintain communication with me. At any point I wanted to give her updates or ask any questions she was only a phone call away. I felt super welcomed and safe. She stocked the house with all of your basic food needs. There was a surplus of kitchen supplies to make a home cooked meal. Parking at the well and hiking up to the cabin with my belongings was quite a challenge It's about 65 steps. Once up there I took full advantage of the Hottub. I recommend to any guests to bring their own hammock to enjoy swinging in the front porch and listening to the creek. I recommend wearing hiking shoes to go up to the cabin. I absolutely recommend getting to the cabin way before dark, and if unable bring your own headlamps and flashlights. Be hyper prepared if you've never been into isolated wilderness like that. I cannot recommend this place enough!! First off the privacy and the view was spectacular. We were greeted by the cutest dogs! We were able to rest and enjoy the fire pit while lying on the hammock. And the host took us around to see his goats, horses and dogs! It was so enjoyable! I will recommend it to anyone who needs to escape from the city life!

Vikki's place absolutely exceeded my expectations. I was in the area visiting family, but needed a quiet space for myself to come back to and get some work done and just decompress. I had the best showers and bubble baths of my life. The bed was super comfy. The surrounding meadows were gorgeous, especially with the spring flowers, and peaceful. I stay in Airbnbs often and in the past ten years I think we can all agree that hosts have gotten worse and worse. But Vikki and John stocked this place FULL of extras - snacks and toiletries - that made me feel right at home. Thank you Vikki and John!
