Die Gastgeberin Chiara war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich blitzsauber und es ist alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Ein wunderschöner Panoramablick mit Sonnenaufgängen und auf den Ort Rio nell’Elba waren beeindruckend. Der private Parkplatz ist sehr sicher. Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Nonostante avessimo anticipato il check in, la signora Francesca si è resa subito disponibile. Appena siamo arrivati siamo stati travolti dalla sua simpatia. Appena prese le chiavi siamo entrati e abbiamo trovato cioccolatini di benvenuto, letto rifatto ed asciugami puliti. Le pale in camera e l'aria condizionata hanno contribuito ad un sonno tranquillo. Siamo stati molto bene.

Un piccolo appartamentino da sogno, semplice ma pulito ed ordinato. c'è tutto quello che occorre soprattutto un balconcino sul porticciolo dove perdersi... piccola spiaggetta davanti casa e direttamente sul lungo porto vicino a negozi, e ristoranti. I proprietari ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni utili per il soggiorno compreso consigli su cosa fare e dove mangiare...tutto perfetto! Esperienza sicuramente da rifare! Grazie mille!!!!

Wir haben unsere Ferien in Porto Azzurro und in Francesco' s Wohnung sehr genossen. Da es auch ab und zu geregnet hat waren wir sehr dankbar um die grosszügige Wohnung. Es war toll, mitten in einem Quartier umgeben von Einheimischen zu leben. Da die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen ist, konnten wir alle wichtigen Orte zu Fuss erreichen. Francesco erlebten wir als sehr zuvorkommenden, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, der schnell auf unsere Fragen antwortete.

Great hosts and location. We stayed for a full month and very much enjoyed the space. Parking was convenient and Amanda was able to register our car so that we could drive in the ZTL when needed to unload/load the car. We ran into a couple of heating and water issues, but they were very promptly resolved. There are a lot of stairs up to the apartment terrace level and up to the apartment, so anyone with mobility issues should be aware.

Posizione strategica a due passi dal centro di Porto Azzurro e, di conseguenza, molto vicino a tutti i servizi. Appartamento spazioso, luminoso, pulito, dotato di climatizzazione, immerso nella quiete e nel verde. Tutto questo ha reso il tempo nell’appartamento piacevole quanto quello passato in giro per l’isola! Alessio si è rivelato un proprietario sempre disponibile, sorridente, gentile e mai invadente. Tutti i suoi consigli sono stati preziosi e azzeccati per due persone come noi che mai avevano visitato l’isola. Per concludere, quindi, la nostra esperienza nell’appartamento di Alessio e all’isola d’Elba è stata indimenticabile! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Appartamento a pochi metri da Piazza del Campo, molto curato, pulito e ben attrezzato, dotato di zanzariere e 2 climatizzatori. Piano cottura a induzione, lavastoviglie, frigo, robot da cucina e stoviglie, tutto in perfette condizioni. Stanze luminose, spaziose e ben disposte. Unico appunto, si trova al piano alto di un condominio senza ascensore, quindi non adatto a tutti. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.

This is one of the most lovely Airbnb's we've ever stayed at! The grounds are so peaceful, the apartment is comfortable, and the kids loved the pool. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Soggiorno magnifico. Appartamento grande, pulito e ben fornito. Posizione strategica per raggiungere a piedi in breve tempo il porto e il centro storico. Stefano davvero molto disponibile e accogliente.

L’ appartamento è molto spazioso e pulito, ideale per una famiglia o un gruppo di cinque persone. È fornito di tutti i confort e di tanti accessori, in cucina ed in bagno. Molto vicino al centro di Grosseto e non lontano dal mare. Carla è un host disponibile e puntuale. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo per visitare Grosseto e dintorni.

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

Excelente alojamiento, en una zona muy tranquila, perfecta para moverte por la Toscana. El alojamiento muy limpio, con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia cómoda, cocina bien equipada, cama cómoda. Roberto es un anfitrión amable, atento, pendiente de las necesidades de sus huéspedes. Vive ahí con su familia y te hacen sentir como en casa. Volvería y la recomendaría 100%

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Alles war vorhanden so wie in der Beschreibung steht. Wenn man aus der Tür raus geht hat man eine schönes Aussicht auf das Meer. Uns hat es gut gefallen, allerdings war für uns die Gegend zu langweilig, da man in Piombino nicht viel unternehmen konnte. Die Unterkunft als solches empfehle ich trotzdem weiter.

Luogo mozzafiato, zona tranquilla inmerso nel bel messo delle colline , con dei paesaggi splendidi. Raccomando al 100%. Mery è stata gentilissima e ci a raccomandato dove è come muoverci in zona . Grazie ✨🙏😁

This is an idyllic place. The owners and manager were very kind and responsive. The space is modern while also being comfortable - great beds, showers, and a very functional kitchen (we cooked dinner every night). We were traveling with a 1 year old and everything was well suited for her. I will dream about the pool - that really makes the property. We can’t wait to go back!

Eine sehr schöne Anlage in der Nähe des idyllischen Ortes Sorano. Gepflegte, weitläufige Anlage mit guter Parkmöglichkeit. Das Appartement ist groß und in einen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich unterteilt. Die Appartements im Untergeschoss haben eine kleine Grünfläche für den ungestörten Aufenthalt draußen. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auf Wünsche wird eingegangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

We had a wonderful two week stay at Salvatores place. The surroundings were amazing, and we appreciated the pool very much (especially the children aged 3 and 6). This is an idyllic and peaceful location. It was easy to get to beautiful small towns and also beaches by car. We went on a day trip to Elba, which was great. There is also an amunsement park only 20 minute drive from the apartment, Cavallino Matto, which the kids loved. We went twice. :) The outdoor area outside the apartment was lovely, and we had most our meals here. Thank you for a wonderful Italian vacation, Salvatore.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Love love love Montepulciano and Monica’s place is an ideal location to experience the area. The apartment was cozy, clean and has beautiful views! Love this stay!

Our family loved staying in Fernanda’s apartment! My husband and I had visited Montepulciano two years ago, stayed at Fernanda’s place and loved it so much we came back with our three boys. Everything is so lovely and welcoming and Fernanda is the best hostess. She even made local dinner reservations for us. Thank you for everything, Fernanda!!

Abbiamo alloggiato solo una notte , complesso molto ordinato e pulito immerso nella natura una vera oasi di relax . Unica cosa che consiglierei per rendere ancora più impeccabile il soggiorno una bottiglia di acqua nel caso gli ospiti arrivassero come noi in tardo pomeriggio fa sempre comodo.
