Accommodations in Montevideo

Not only is this a beautiful, historic home, but the accommodations were comfortable and perfect for our needs. I'm particularly grateful for the hosts booking us on short notice (my family had a funeral, with a tight schedule/quick turn around). Definitely recommend this gorgeous space! Conveniently located, too. We don't mind stairs, but there are quite a few—something to keep in mind if steps are an issue. We'd happily come back anytime.

Our family of five really enjoyed staying at Mike’s cabin over New Year’s. The space was perfect for our three kids and they loved playing in the lofted space and going up and down the spiral staircase. We enjoyed playing games, watching movies and just spending quality time together in this cozy space. We also enjoyed watching the ice houses and people driving (really sliding) around on the lake from the living room window. Such a quiet and beautiful spot on the lake. We’ll have to come back in the summer months to enjoy playing on the lake. Thanks for hosting us!

Lisa went above and beyond to help our 1 month stay in December be as comfortable as possible. She was always easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. The home is an older home but we knew that going in. Even being older it still had everything we needed for a family of 4. It was beautiful inside and out . The surroundings were beautiful. If you appreciate history, nature and small town feel. I highly recommend this peaceful home. Lisa was a great host and we definitely appreciate her making her home open to us for a whole month. If we ever had to go back to willmar MN we would definitely reach out to her for another booking. Thank you Lisa!

The cabin and game room were wonderful, organized, very clean. The host Mark, met us at the door and was extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the squirrel. We were a large party and there was plenty of room to spread out as well as having privacy. Justin's home was warm and inviting, very comfortable especially with Minnesota winter winds whipping around outside. We enjoyed the hot tub and the many games provided. The kitchen was stocked well with coffee and tea as well as condiments, pots, pans and really everything needed. It was a pleasure to use the updated appliances available. The washer & dryer allowed us to pack lightly. We'd love to visit again in the summer and enjoy the backyard games and grills. The turquoise squirrel really is a gem!

The property was spotless upon arrival. All surfaces were clean, the linens smelled fresh, and the house smelled amazing . The Airbnb is situated in a convenient area, close to local restaurants, the grocery store, and the main highway. The house is well-equipped with essentials like kitchen appliances, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. A coffee maker and a washer/dryer were nice touches. The bed was comfortable, and the living space was cozy and inviting. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. They also checked periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. During our stay, it snowed. The host came and shoveled snow while we were there. The price was reasonable for the quality and location of the accommodation. This 2-bedroom, 1-bath Airbnb is a fantastic choice for small families looking for a comfortable stay. The house is beautiful! Super clean! The neighborhood is nice and very walkable! It’s close to town and Lake Ripley. I had some questions and Steve was quick to respond. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Steve!

Julian’s little cottage was absolutely perfect for our Christmas weekend get away. It was so homey and had everything that we needed. I would highly recommend her place to anyone. And the cookies she left were delicious, but were almost too pretty to eat.

Our stay was great, everything was just a described. We enjoyed our stay!
