Vacation rentals with a sauna in Montenegro

What a little slice of heaven that this peaceful hamlet where Vesna and Ksenija welcome us. A green meadow surrounded by mountains, just 10 minutes from Kolašin but a real unexpected haven of peace. The cottage is bright and cozy, uncluttered, with essential amenities. We were warmly welcomed and the presence of animals delighted our daughter. We can only recommend this address for an experience of disconnection in nature without giving up basic comfort. The area offers great hiking opportunities.

We felt very comfortable. The space is great, just the view from the balcony is priceless. The private sea access was worth gold as the beaches in the area were excessively crowded. We really liked Montenegro except for a few small things and we can recommend the place.

The pool, just steps from the condo, was so refreshing. The hot beach spots were just a 10 minute walk. The view of the Adriatic amazing.

My family and I enjoyed our time in Montenegro very much. The place and the view from the pool was just amazing beautiful. Clean place very well maintained. This place definitely made our vacation memorable! Very spacy apartment, AC, fans, everything we needed.... Still the best about this place is the 24/24 access to an amazing pool with an amazing view. We had private parking place, that was very important for us. Walkable shops and restaurants nearby. Great place for excursions, everything is super close. The apartment is large and equipped with everything you need. We were even able to do laundry. The kitchen equipment was ok, could have a few more plates etc but was just right for us. Thanks Budo

It was a good apartment, comfortable, and looks stylish. The apartment had everything you need. Check-in and check-out were easy. It's located on a hill, so walking or with a stroller might be inconvenient. It's better if you have a car. There was always a free parking space in front of the house. There is a small shop nearby. You need to get to the supermarket by taxi or car.

This exceptional accommodation from Marvin offers luxurious amenities that far exceed expectations – especially when it comes to the panoramic view. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. An unmentioned highlight is the direct view of the picturesque Adriatic island of St. Stefan, a fishing village from the 15th century. The view of the majestic Lovćen Mountains is also impressive. The perfect location opens up a breathtaking view of the sea and the bay. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to enjoy: a beautiful swimming pool and a spa area with sauna, hammam and jacuzzi invite you to relax. The well-equipped gym completes the offer. Due to the steep topography, it is recommended to rent a vehicle. The friendly staff of the complex will be happy to assist you with any concerns. Absolutely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. Lavender Bay is a beautiful place with great facilities. It’s peaceful and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops. The views are amazing! Selcan was a fantastic host - very responsive and friendly. Our special request to postpone the trip was accepted without hesitation. Thanks again!! 🙏

Amazing apartment with wonderful views and right on the beach in perfect location. If you are driving make sure you get clear instructions on where to park (we didn’t get any) and don’t follow Google maps!

This is the best residential experience we have ever had! I was amazed at the beautiful design at a glance. The owner who received us was very enthusiastic and introduced all the facilities carefully. The design of the room is also great, very suitable for the whole family to travel and live in. The surrounding scenery is perfect, especially the most beautiful sunset. I would love to stay there again!

The property really exceeds expectations - the house is on the cliff with fantastic views from the balconies and the porch. In the place, we found all we need. Stairs lead you down to the small beach. Access from the road is very easy and the parking space is big and convenient. In walking distance you can easily find all you need; also the big supermarket is in 15 minutes drive from Dobra Voda in the Bar. In 10 minute walk along the seaside, you can get to a number of nice restaurants and a public beach that we did not use as it is very crowded. At check-in, we were met by Valeria's co-host Marina who introduced us to the house and showed us all facilities, and explanted the rules. Rules were very easy - we can do whatever we want. She also advised us of the local restaurant in the mountains that turned out to be the best in town - we really loved it. She was also very helpful with small household questions during our stay. Basically, the house is exactly as described. 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms and a large living room with a fireplace and kitchen. There is a washing machine and small fridge on the second floor. The fridge was extremely helpful to keep whisky, coke, and water that you can have sitting on the balcony. I recommend the place and the host without any reservations. My daughter and I are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in such a beautiful place and such a beautiful town. Valeria and Marina, thank you very much!

This place was amazing for us. We stayed for 90 days, and due to the nature of the space, we achieved so much during our time. Dejan, his wife, Meli, and the team Danka & Bozo are a great group of hosts. They are like a small family, and we felt right at home. Our dog Shadow loved the enclosed garden space and was chasing lizards for hours. The place was very well maintained, and the listing doesn't do it justice because it has so many surprises. The private gym was SO good for us. All we did was work, train, and eat good food. We managed to source some great local ingredients like RAW Buffalo milk. This place feels very private and enclosed, which is good if you want to be away from the busy city. Meli is growing amazing food in the garden, and if you are lucky enough, you will get to have some. They went the extra mile whenever anything needed fixing, and were very quick to respond when we needed support. The Wifi is solid for digital nomads like us. I will miss this place & people!!

We had an amazing stay at this villa – what a gem! We were a big group (8 adults and 5 kids under 4!), and the house handled us perfectly. While the location is listed as Muo, it’s actually in Prčanj – but honestly, that didn’t bother us at all. We quickly figured out the local bus system, which was super handy and added to the adventure. It leaves from the Dodo Market by the way! A special shoutout to Ljubo, who was there instantly whenever we needed help with anything – incredibly helpful and kind! Now, let’s talk about the SAUNA – absolutely BRILLIANT. It has a proper Harvia stove, and as a group of Finns, we were seriously impressed. Full approval from the sauna experts – we LOOOOVED IT. The villa itself is beautiful and well-equipped, and the hill? Not a problem at all. It actually gave us some nice daily exercise and fantastic views as a reward. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

We loved staying here, the sauna was fantastic, easy to use, got hot enough. The internet was fast and reliable. Filip is an ideal host, and his helpers were all wonderful. We really hope we get to come stay here again some day.

The villa is special and very luxurious and wonderfully designed and has charming views of the sea eating rooms and there are all the features we want, my family and I had a beautiful time and we had a lot of fun, restaurants are close five minutes by car as well as the supermarket ,

This house is the best place we've stayed in Montenegro, with beautiful views, large floor-to-ceiling windows with the forest just outside, it's particularly shocking but very quiet.The house is well equipped, the host also prepares free drinks as a welcome gift, every detail of the house is very carefully arranged, making guests feel at home, we were very comfortable staying here.If I have the chance to come back to Zabljak, I will definitely choose this house again

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house surrounded by nature. The road from the main highway to the property is about 3 km — it's winding but well-paved, so driving was no problem. A hiking trail starts right behind the house, which was a wonderful bonus for nature lovers. Overall, everything was great. Just a small note: during colder months, the house can feel a bit chilly. Each room has an air conditioner, but heating such a large space takes some time. The host was extremely responsive and answered all our questions immediately, which made our stay even more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the peaceful setting and would happily stay here again!

We stayed at Anna's place for 7 nights at the end of September. It accommodated 5 adults and one 5-year-old boy comfortably. The host was responsive and promptly addressed a hot water boiler issue. The house was clean with comfortable beds and had a stunning view, along with a private beach with crystal clear water. The only drawback was the lack of a living room, but it didn't significantly impact the stay since the group was mostly out during the day. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the location was convenient, although a car was necessary. I would definitely return and recommended the place.
