Vacation rentals with a pool in Montenegro

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

We were guests at Jas’ apartment as a family of four with two younger children. The apartment was very clean and offers a lot of space. It is located in a quiet area, which offers a very good starting point for exploring the fjord, the mountains in the surrounding area or the touristy very interesting places Kotor and Budvar! Despite the still early time in the year (end of April) and on average about 20 degrees Celsius, the sun was very warm and our children were in the well-kept pool every day. Overall the accommodation was modern, clean and well maintained. Jas, the host, communicated very friendly and proactive, was quickly available for questions and gave precise descriptions for the arrival and for orientation in the apartment. In general, a lot was thought of from the perspective of the guests: there was a lot of wood ready for the fireplace, neighbour Rosa welcomed us friendly and there were enough towels and other basics for the first days in the apartment. Highly recommend!

My stay at Milan’s beautiful cliff home was absolutely unforgettable. The views were breathtaking, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The home itself was well-maintained, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a cozy stay. What made the experience even better was Milan’s responsiveness—every question or request was met with a quick and instant reply, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft mit vielen Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber und eine super Gastfreundschaft. Nur eine etwas weite Anfahrt nach Podgorica o.ä. Dennoch absolut empfehlenswert!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Villa Splendour, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, Andrij welcomed us with genuine warmth and incredible hospitality that made us feel right at home. The villa itself is beautiful—well-kept, charming, and full of character. But what truly takes your breath away is the unbelievable view. Photos simply don’t do it justice; it’s something you have to experience in person to fully appreciate. With the Bay of Kotor stretching out before us. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the terrace or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery is nothing short of magical. We can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you, Andrij and Alexandra, for sharing your little piece of paradise with us—we’ll never forget it!

We had a great experience . The area is beautiful, sounds of nature when you go to sleep and when you wake up. We had great recommendations and Nemanja and his family was always so helpful . The wine is also a lovely bonus! We recommend staying here 😊

Markicic was a lovely host with a kind family! They were often helping us and making our stay as welcoming as possible, for example Markicic offered to drive us to the local station at 4am! The complex is nestled between the mountains and sea with one of the best morning views I have ever seen in my life and we will be returning next year!

Kotorun merkezinde şahane bir evdi. 6 kişi çok rahat konakladık. Şehrin merkezine 5 dk mesafedeydi. Balkonda oturup karadağ manzarasını seyretmek harikaydı. Ev sahiplerimiz bizi çok hoş karşıladı ve şehir detaylarıyla ilgili faydaşı bilgiler sundular. Teşekkürler

Alex’s apartment offers a stunning, unobstructed view of the Bay of Kotor, best enjoyed from the spacious west-facing balcony—perfect for watching the sunset. The balcony also features a motorized retractable awning, providing sun shade or cover from rain. The location is ideal, just a short drive from both Kotor and Perast, with a convenient bus stop right out front for easy access without a car. A well-stocked grocery store is just a short walk away. Inside, the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the use of the pool during our stay. Alex was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. We’d absolutely stay here again—thank you, Alex and Lorna, for a wonderful stay!

Wij zijn naar deze bestemming gekomen als gezin met 2 kinderen van 5 en 7. Wij hadden niet de verwachting dat zij zich volledig zouden vermaken. Dit bleken wij mis te hebben, ze hebben zich goed vermaakt. De woning is zeer ruim opgesteld en vooral ook geluidswerend onderling tussen de kamers. De infinity-pool is adembenemend en voor de ouders is er fijn genot in de Spa beschikbaar. In de omgeving ook van allerlei uitstapjes te doen. Vanuit Kotor een boottocht gedaan van 3 uur, erg leuk met de kinderen. Lovcen National Park is mooi om te rijden met eigen (huur) auto. Tip is de rodelbaan op de top. De keuken is zeer volledig uitgerust, bestek en servies is minimaal dubbel beschikbaar. Balkon met 2 relaxt-eitjes ideaal om even bij te komen, waarbij de grote balkon een aangenaam ontmoetingspunt is voor ontbijt en/of diner (met barbecue!). We hebben ons super vermaakt en helaas niet alles kunnen doen, dus wij komen zeker nog terug in dit land en appartement.

Karadag icin ilk deneyimimizdi, ev sahibi ile iletisim cok kolaydi. Aklima takılan her seyi sordum ve cok acik-hizli donusler aldim. Ev oldukca temiz, manzarasi efsaneydi. Ev sahibi ev icin her seyi dusunmus butun ihtiyaclarimiz hatta kahvelerimize kadar her seyimiz dusunulmustu. Cok guzel deneyimdi.

The place is lovely with everything you can possibly need. The views over the pool are spectacular, especially at sunset. Nady was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again

Tout a été parfait. Le logement est impeccable. La piscine a dépassé nos attentes et rendu notre séjour très agréable ! Il y a de plus un accès à la plage, à de bons restaurants et un supermarché à 5 minutes à pied ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Sehr schön eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung, Highlight waren der Pool und der Saunabereich. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und man muss zum/vom Strand eine steile Straße hoch-/herunterlaufen, das sollte man wissen. Für das Parken direkt auf dem Grundstück muss man zahlen, in der Nähe ist aber auch ein kostenloser Parkplatz.
