This apartment, part of a building of three apartments owned by my family, is ideal for couples who want to explore the city, residing in the historic center. Located on the second floor, it offers a kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a fun hanging chair. On the ground floor and first floor, managed by my brother, there is the Bianca and Rosa house of memories. The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset.

The Farm House is a recently renovated apartment located in a farm in Guidonia, only 30 km far from Rome and few minutes driving from Tivoli. The apartment is on the second floor and can accommodate max 4 people and has of 2 bedrooms, a livingroom with kitchen corner a bathroom with shower and a large parking. Our property is situated about 10 km from the Marco Simone Golf and Country Club in Guidonia, where the Ryder Cup in 2023 will be osted. ID Code 5581.

From here, you can walk to Villa D'Este, Villa Gregoriana, and all the main attractions of our city. Just a few steps from the entrance, there is the square with the daily fruit and vegetable market, and you can have breakfast at one of the many bars in the historic center.
