L'appartamento e' climatizzato (sistema freddo/caldo), dotato di ogni comfort (2 tv con lettore dvd, stereo, 2 a/c, frigorifero con freezer, forno microonde, tostapane, frullatore, ferro con asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, sedie, sdrai e ombrelloni da spiaggia, piccolo barbeque, lavatrice) e DISTA SOLI 5 METRI CIRCA DALLA SPLENDIDA SPIAGGIA DI GEREMEAS, all'interno di un complesso con accesso per i soli residenti. La baia di Geremeas, lunga 3 km, è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa. Il mare cristallino raggiunge subito una certa profondità e la sabbia è bianca e di grana un po' grossa. Sicuramente apprezzabili le dune di sabbia che spiccano dietro la spiaggia. L'appartamento è disponibile da subito. My place is close to the sea, close to art, culture and beautiful beaches, you will like it for its intimacy and location and is suitable for couples because it is equipped with three air conditioners, thus creating total privacy. In the house you will find two kayaks, 4 seats by the sea with beach beds, a chest with masks, fins and games, umbrellas, beach towels and a portable cooler for your beach days. There is also the possibility of organizing daily trips with a sailboat.

Completely restored 7.5m 1970s caravan, the price indicated is for 2 people and a child. With internal bathroom, insulated with cork and marine wood, external refrigerator, kitchen, double bed and dining room, equipped with sheets, towels, hairdryer, pots, dishes, coffee maker, all under a large mimosa tree, shower with electric water heater, private parking in the shade under the same tree. We have 1 very good large dog, no dogs allowed.
