From the moment we arrived Leonardo and Gabriela were just above and beyond what any other air bnb we have stayed in. They had wine, water, a huge chocolate egg and the typical Italian bread for Pasqua for us to enjoy. Fruit, walnuts, eggs….just above and beyond! The local restaurants are absolutely amazing! Some is the best food in Florence. Podere, Gualtieri for breakfast and espresso, the pizza place, S’Brino is the best gelato in the city! A quiet place that is close to everything and with views of the city that are un matched. Look no further, book this amazing paradise in Florence now!

There was a bit of hammering at the neighbors going on during our stay. I’m not sure Sonia could have done anything. It’s just that all three cities we stayed, we had loud construction next door or across the street.

Even though we had early check-in, Mrs. Francesca immediately made herself available. As soon as we arrived, we were overwhelmed by your friendliness. As soon as I took the keys we entered and found welcome chocolates, remade bed and clean towels. The in-room blades and air conditioning contributed to a quiet sleep. We had a great time.

The stay was very nice! Due to the location of the apartment we were able to get to know the city well because everything was within walking distance.

Our family of four (2 adults + 2 children under 5) had a fantastic time at Montegonfoli. We stayed in Villa 2 which had plenty of space for us and was fully equipped with everything we needed to make home cooked meals. It was such a serene place that had plenty of room for guests to mingle but also have our own personal space as needed. The villa is set at the top of a hill overlooking vineyards and groves on both sides providing a 360 view of Tuscany. San Gimignano is also in sight from the villa and is only a 8 minute drive, which both Paolo and Bruno can provide trusted recommendations for restaurants, activities, and shops. It’s truly a must stay place if you’re in Tuscany because it’s perfectly located in the middle of old cities and have its own serene space.

This apartment is perfect for a stay in Siena. A two minute walk from the main square, it is so spacious and modern with everything we needed. Check in was super easy too.

Booked and Stayed for 9 days. The host, Francesco, was very helpful from the very first time I made contact. He gave instructions for check-in which was seamless, and the apartment was as described. He was very helpful with providing me information about the parking options and also sent in some restaurant recommendations in the area. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this apartment.

We stayed from May 29 to June 1, 2025. the location is really strategic to reach the city center on foot and then move around comfortably The accommodation is spacious and comfortable. Well cleaned and equipped Very convenient parking space in front of the house. The train station and a CONAD supermarket are also within walking distance. Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Stefano and his mom, 😊 it was like being with family! Excellent hospitality and a lot of availability towards us and towards some requests related to the comfort of our stay!

Marta's place was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay there. It was perfect for our day trips to wineries in nearby Tuscan villages. We loved coming back in the evenings and watching the sunset from our private garden. The views were absolutely stunning. Marta's place had all the necessities we needed and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine!

The place was so clean and beautiful. I could also see the sunset from the terrace. The host was so kind and took me to the parking lot. They also prepared delicious refreshments and beer. I think it will be an unforgettable accommodation. Highly recommend!

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a fabulous stay here, there was more than enough rooms and space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The view from the living room is gorgeous, the rooms are all charmingly decorated and it had all the amenities we needed: separate beds for 4 adults, large enough showers, laundry and kitchen as well as cosy living room. Federico was very friendly, responsive and made us feel at home immediately. Highly recommend!

We stayed only one night, very tidy and clean complex surrounded by nature, a true oasis of relaxation. The only thing I would recommend to make the stay even more impeccable is a bottle of water in case guests arrive like us in the late afternoon, it's always convenient.

It was really like being at home, both for us and for our dog who loved the large garden and the company of the very sweet Buddy. Luca and his family are really kind and caring and the location is really great for those looking for tranquility and practicality in reaching the most beautiful points of Lake Bolsena.
