The apartment is located in a farmhouse surrounded by hazelnut groves and vineyards, a few minutes' drive from the UNESCO destinations of Langhe and Monferrato and the villages of great wines: Barolo, Barbaresco and Moscato. The apartment of about 100m is located in the center of the medieval village of Montabone near the church. Upon entering, we are in the living room where on one side there is the kitchen, the table where you can have lunch, in this large room is the sofa that can be converted into a double sofa bed. Crossing a small hallway to the left is a spacious bathroom with shower and opposite the living room is the bedroom with double bed and it is possible to place a cot.

Casa Statiella is close to the city center of Acqui Terme and just 500 meters from the spa area and its large pool and is an ideal starting point to explore the food and wine, historical and naturalistic riches of Alto Monferrato. The Ligurian Riviera can be reached in an hour by car or visit the big cities of northern Italy. My place is good for couples, sole adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets).
