Vacation rentals in Monroe City

Melanie and Kevin’s cabin was so cute, relaxing and CLEAN! You can always tell how clean an Airbnb is by looking under furniture (beds, couches, etc.) and their cabin was pristine! We enjoyed listening to the birds chirping and watching the turkeys walk about the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Kaci and Chuck’s place is exactly what we needed for the week we visited family. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed how peaceful it was. We even brought our chihuahua and she loved it! It felt like a French lakeside cottage, very clean and well stocked for everything we needed. We’ve found a home away from home for when we visit family and will be back!

Great place to stay! We spent the days at Interlake State Recreation area (25 minutes away) and spent the evenings here. Host was friendly and the house was clean! No issues with our trip

Fantastic accommodation for us with our partially disabled 89yo mother to visit family in Fairfield. The commercial location accommodated our large van and portable wheelchair ramp. Location was also peaceful all weekend. The house worked for her walker inside. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and clean. Thank you Jen for access to your cute house.

We would definitely stay here again if we are in this area. It served all our needs just fine. Our host was very responsive and helpful with the questions we did have before we booked the home.

This house was perfect for our girls’ weekend. Plenty of comfortable spaces to hang out both inside and outside. Comfy beds. Overall very peaceful, which is exactly what we needed!

Our family came together from across the U.S. and even New Zealand for our mother’s Celebration life service and this beautiful lake house was the perfect place for it. The host was very accommodating, and the home had everything we needed—plenty of space, a great pool, game room to die for, peaceful lake views, and spots to gather both inside and out. We fished, shared meals, and spent quality time together. It was the perfect setting for such a meaningful time, and we’re so thankful for the memories we made here.

Everything was just as advertised. Cabin is well stocked. Area was quiet as we had hoped for. Hot Tub is a nice added feature.
