Monthly Rentals in Monona

I stayed at this apartment for 7 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is clean and has an excellent location (walking distance to the city center and the university campus). The kitchen has a lot of high quality equipment, which makes it pleasant to cook here. The only downside is that the sound insulation in the apartment is not great. This is not really an issue as it is a quiet neighborhood, but on two nights a week (Wednesdays and Sundays) a garbage truck collects the trash from right below the window at 3:30 am. Apart from that, my stay was exceptional.

The Airbnb was super cute! It was very clean and well-decorated. Kelly was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. We loved The Pink Acorn and enjoyed our time there!

Jake’s house was great! Super close to everything and a perfect for a short stay in Madison. The kids loved the deck and dock and all the wildlife that was around! Parking was a breeze.

Everything was exceptional for our stay! We were in town for a basketball tournament and we were close to every place we needed to be! The neighborhood was very cute, quiet and friendly. The house was perfect for my family to stay. Keith was even kind enough to allow our dog to come with since boarding was all booked up! We had zero issues during our stay and would 100% book again! I highly recommend!
