Lake house vacation rentals in Mono Lake

Lake front property perfect for just hanging out in the lake and jumping off the dock. The girls and I did yoga on the patio one morning, and dinner on the balcony of the big house one night. It was the perfect stay for us.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this cabin…. This cabin is perfect for a big family or group! It was a lot bigger than we expected & having the bonus apartment/studio was perfect for our teens to have their own space. This cabin has everything you need & well stocked from the rooms, bathrooms & kitchen. Location is perfect for a ski trip at Dodge or snow day at Leland or a day at Pinecrest Lake!

The house is amazing. Tony and Joyce were very kind, responsive, and helpful hosts. We visited for our annual father/son trip and couldn't have been more happy. The outdoor cooking set up is great (gas + charcoal BBQ, blackstone, traeger)! Highly recommend. We will be back in the future.

Love this place. Kids loved swimming and fishing and i could see them the whole time without leaving the home. Nice private dock to dock up any boats or just to jump off from and swim. I cant wait untill we get back out there again.

The place was very cozy and perfect for our friend group mammoth snowboarding trip. The place was bigger than it seemed in pictures and very comfortable for 8 people. Close to a grocery store and the lodges. Overall great experience here. Just a little difficult to find at first. The stove top had a crack so we couldn’t use one burner. But we were still able to cook big meals. We would book here again if we come to mammoth!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—just 5 minutes from stores and restaurants, yet it felt totally secluded and private. The property sits right in front of a peaceful pond with stunning views. The deck was a highlight—spacious, with plenty of seating and a large table, perfect for group meals or just relaxing outside. Inside, the house was spotless and comfortably fit our group of 9, including kids. Each bedroom was spacious and had its own private bathroom, which made our stay even more comfortable. Adam was an amazing host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly flexible. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is awesome! So much space and tables outside! It was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen downstairs was so convenient to use when I grilled in the patio ( grill was very nice). It was hot but the fans provided were adequate. There’s 1 wall AC downstairs bedroom, for those who can’t stand the heat! The dock was so awesome and private! We swam, fished, kayaked, and relaxed on the many recliners. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! View was amazing! Close to Yosemite and Oakhurst. We absolutely loved this place, it might be a little difficult for those who have some mobile issues to access the dock, since the outside stairs is a little steep, but you can go around the other side of the house. Hope to come back again. Thank you Vacasa!!

Absolutely beautiful place with excellent views of the lake, quiet neighborhood, and comfortable beds! We love how dog friendly it is with the dog door. Instructions were clear and the place was easy to find. Very close to Ducey's and the Pine Resort. There are some steps to get to the home from the parking space, but my elderly parents tackled these with no issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect late winter stay! We ventured up to Strawberry/Pinecrest based on fellow parent recs. Lara and Ryan’s place couldn’t be more perfectly situated, 10min from both Dodge Ridge and Leland Snowplay. Plus the property is next to a general store (with friendly owners) and across the street from a hotel restaurant. The space itself is ideal. A remodel that’s exquisitely done with well executed finishes. We cooked in the space and had everything we needed.

Just a few blocks from the main street with walkable restaurants and grocery. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood and beautiful yard. Comfortable bed and living room. Very thoughtful touches.

This has been one of my all time favorite air bnb experiences! The hosts were absolutely wonderful super friendly along with their furry friends all over the property. Definitely a cool experience for anyone who lives in the city. The lake and views are incredibly stunning! Loved our stay we are definitely coming back this summer!!

A nice home with renovated and up to date appliances and clean interior and plenty of room and natural lighting, enjoyed our stay and also helpful that any store you’d need is nearby and a close drive from home. Would stay again!

I just want to thank Lisa for such a wonderful experience. I wanted to show my parents a relaxing and wonderful time and this place did just that. It has everything you need and could not have asked for a better set up. Just make a cup of coffee in the morning, sit outside and watch the deer.

Wonderful house, beautiful nature. Everything corresponds to the description and photos. The owner is always in touch. There is everything you need to spend the weekend. We had a wonderful time this weekend. We will definitely come back again.

Always my favorite snow place. Have stayed down in arnold but just cannot compare to being in the actual snow. The walk in gets easier every year. Jim was responsive and thoughtful when some things werent working, helped us troubleshoot issues well. The cabin is super cozy but spacious and well cared for.

The place and location was beautiful with full lake view as you step outside. Home was as described with some antique feel and very peaceful. Family had a good time with a nice cozy feel with fireplace and kitchen had everything you need. it's 30 minutes drive from Mammoth lakes but the drive and scenic views makes up for it especially in winter with snow all around the mountains. Great detailed instructions as well the local places listed and very responsive host. Will recommend and surely will stay again whenever get chance.

Place is perfect for a large group. Plenty of space to spread out but still has a very cozy feel to it. Balconies are amazing. Bar b Que area is fantastic. House is on a hill so there are A LOT of stairs and a steep driveway. Other than that, the place is perfect!

The unit is modern and updated just as described and noted in the pictures. It has everything we needed for our stay. Mike is an exceptional host and we loved that the Red Line stop is right outside. No need to drive with easy transportation to the Village and Main Lodge! We will be back. Thanks, Mike and Tamie!

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it was great. The place is super clean, updated, and very comfortable. It’s in a perfect location—close to the mountain, with easy and convenient parking. Communication was quick, simple, and very responsive, which made everything even smoother. Overall, we really like this spot and will definitely stay here again!

Jessie’s place was PERFECT. The cleanest airbnb I have ever stayed at. The location was perfect. Communication from Jessie even at a late hour was perfect. And the space was lovely. Beautifully remodeled, nicely decorated and so big! So much space! Fully stocked kitchen. I am honestly looking forward to coming back to town so all my fiends and I can stay at this airbnb. My family and I had the loveliest stay at Darrell’s place. It was clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Darrell was friendly and easy to communicate. He even let me know we forgot something and was accommodating in arranging a pickup. The backyard is very peaceful. My kiddos had a great time running around it. The location is close to the lake. My family and I hope to make another trip one day when the weather is just a bit warmer!

This place has everything you need and it’s walking distance to the Snow Park. That makes it convenient to get a few runs in the morning, go back to the cabin for lunch and rest and then go back to the Snow Park later on when the crowds die down. Been staying here every year since my grandkids were born and they always look forward to the trip.
