Stayed here to celebrate the birthday of our now 20 yr old twins who are at uni in different parts of the country. A lovely home in a great location. Compared to some properties I've stayed in this is a home and it felt like it and is clearly loved. A beautiful garden (we were blessed with stunning weather) Off road parking is a bonus but be aware it's snug (c class estate for reference) Great owners with fab communication and suggestions for things to do. The station is only a 10mins walk away so was easy for our son to get to by train via London and it was an easy drive from Cornwall. Could happily recommend to anyone. Thank you for a wanderful stay

We had a fantastic time at Annabel's barn. Located in a very calm and charming area surrounded by woods and the superb Chiltern Hills, it is the perfect place to relax, go for a walk or a good basis to visit pretty villages nearby like Marlow or Henley or even London (40 mins train to Central London), Oxford or Windsor like we did. The barn is very nicely decorated, spacious, perfectly clean and very well equiped. Princess Risborough village center is at a 5 min drive with all necessary grocery stores and a great local butcher. Annabel was a very responsive, welcoming host and really made us feel at home. We really hope to have the opportunity to come back next year to continue our visit of the region.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lovely weekend stay at the beautiful Gardener’s Cottage, located just outside of Princes Risborough. Karen was really welcoming, and ensured we had everything we needed before check in and when we arrived - including helpful information / on site parking. Both the cottage and garden are immaculate, and were well equipped to ensure you have a relaxing stay. The grounds were peaceful and very beautiful, we also enjoyed meeting the wonderful goats. We would certainly recommend
