The location is good. It is near all amenities such as E-Mart, CU, GS, Korean restaurants, etc., and it is also in a good location when going to the airport.

Superb location close to Ulaanbaatar department store. There are many nice restaurants nearby. It is the centre of nightlife, yet the apartment is quiet. The apartment itself is in an old building. It is refreshed, but not very new. A toilet seat was broken, and the host was quick to fix it. Overall, Otgonchimeg was very responsive and helpful. It made our stay enjoyable. There is a big TV with Netflix and sound system 👍🏽👍🏽 The bed is big, but too soft for me.

Staying at Dayar's place was perfect - peaceful neighborhood, close located mall, amazing view from the windows! Even there was some troubles with locked door by my fault so Dayar responded and managed it incredibly fast👍Gonna suggest this place to each my friends visiting Ulaanbaatar

We had a great stay! The flat was very nice, modern, and equipped with excellent appliances. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. Our host was always available and very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

The exterior of the building is old, but the interior is tidy and the cleaning condition is good. And it's very spacious for two people, so you can stay comfortably. The location is near the square, so within a 15-minute walk, it's all within a 15-minute walk. And the host responded kindly However, it was a little uncomfortable that I had to carry the key, not the door lock. All in all, it's a good place to stay before and after the tour.

Clean and comfortable place in a great location. We came for the annual Naadam festival and were pleasantly surprised at how close their place was to all the venues. Good restaurant options nearby and easy access to local transportation. We had a lovely stay.
