Located in downtown Ulaanbaatar, our spacious and sunny three bedroom apartment makes a great home-base for exploring the city. It is within easy walking distance of many restaurants, supermarkets and department stores, and there are excellent convenience stores right on the ground floor of our apartment and the adjacent apartment. This is not an investment property, but rather the home for our family whenever we are in the city. We invite you to enjoy our apartment when we're not using it.

In terms of the neighborhood, you can find a bus stop right outside the building; of course, various places to eat such as Korean restaurants, a Kebab place, KFC, Yoshinoya, local cafeterias, etc;
