Apartment vacation rentals in Mongolia

This is one of the best AirBnBs I've stayed at. Stand-out points were the fast wifi, comfortable bed (not a given in Mongolia), good views, very hot water (other than twice in the mornings, but that's probably other people in the apartment block getting up a bit earlier and using the water), a full kitchen, big couch.... I will definitely stay there again - much better than a hotel, just as close to everything (I was there for work, but same comment would apply if you're a tourist) and half the price of a hotel.

It was neat, close to Seoul Street, It was perfect except for the man who was hard to find after seeing the address at first! I had a good stay!!

It's nice to be able to walk to the national department store and Gobi store. (But instead of the Gobi store near here, go to the Gobi Factory. There are more discounts there, and there is also a muffler 5 +1 event) The house was consistent with the photos, and the host communicates very well. Even though I arrived at 4am, they responded quickly. The door lock door was a little different from Korea, so even though I entered the right password, it didn't open, so I was a little lost, but he said he would come right away even at dawn. But after trying several times, it just opened before the host arrived... Anyway, I wasn't anxious because I replied quickly... The taxi you call was not a regular taxi, but a very fluffy Ben, so it was nice. Mongolia is a stopover, so it's a shame that I only stayed one day. The entrance to the building, the stairs feel a little dreary, but the house is the best! I recommend it

Selenge was a great host and helpful with everything. She really cares about her guests. The check-in was very flexible and the apartment is small but very cozy and has everything you need. A big plus is the nice Mongolian furniture. The apartment is close to the city center and very close to Seoul Street (lots of bars, coffeeshops etc.) but it's very quiet and in a safe neighborhood. I personally very much liked that part of the rent goes to Selenges NGO which supports traditional art and women.

This is 2nd time we are staying in Enhtuvshin’s unit. Apartment is very comfortable, clean Exactly same as show on photo. Host prepared everything for us. Shower, hot water, bed everything was great. We are really amazed we found great airbnb in Ulaanbaatar. Host prepared little toys for my children was very impressive. Apartment location is decent. Easy to catch cab to city or possibly walk to restaurants in Zaisan. Only one negative about location is it’s right next to the busy road. The road was very noisy busy even it’s night time. Big trucks driving by lots. Other than this we are very happy with the place. Oo we parked our car in B3, was super useful helpful in this busy UB city. Thank you very much superhost Enhtuvshin.

we come from Germany, are here twice. and are very satisfied as always. if we should visit Ulaanbaatar again, we will definitely want to stay with him

The host was great. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. The room was clean and bright, and the location was near to the city center and walkable.

Google Map does not have the updated information of the area, so photos and description provided by the host helped to find the place more easily. It is easiest to find a building with Samsung written on the top, then find Zuchi Hotel next to it, then to walk between the buildings until the street ends in front of a Beige & Orange building. The gate is the left one of the two that is immediately next to stairs leading to a Mini Mart. The place warmed up quickly only with sun light and body heat, so I almost stopped using heater after a few days. It has many convenient stores, restaurants, and real estate agencies (Keller Williams and ReMAX) nearby the apartment. Water pressure was good and was stronger than some hotels at high floors. Walls had universal outlets for any type of power plugs. WiFi was stable and I didn't experience any interruptions during my stay. There was iron, hair dryer, electric kettle, microwave, oven, electric cooktop, rice cooker, and electric cooker.

I stayed in a comfortable accommodation like my home during my two-month business trip in Mongolia. Since I was working at the airport, I had more time to commute than downtown. It was shortened and was a big asset.

Very comfortable and nice apartment after general reconstruction. Many things are new here. Bed and mattress are new, comfortable. Big kitchen with a new fridge. This apartment is in the city center; quiet and safe neighborhood, in proximity are restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Host was nice and very helpful. Suitable for a long term stay.

This was my second time staying at Rara's apartment, and as always, it was a truly pleasant experience. The host is incredibly communicative and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The decor of the apartment is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, making it feel both cozy and stylish.

Had few days to relax there. It suited the purpose very well. I liked the clean kitchen and bathroom.

I had a wonderful stay in this sizable one-bedroom apartment in Ulaanbaatar. The king-sized bed was sturdy and much more comfortable than the harder beds I’ve experienced at other places in the area. The bedroom featured a spacious walk-in closet, and the modern kitchen was fully equipped, including a washing machine. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the State Department Store and its supermarket, with countless coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife nearby. It’s also about a 10-minute walk to Sukhbaatar Square and many of UB’s main attractions. Nomingoo was a fantastic host, checking in occasionally but never intrusive. Overall, a great experience!

It was a new house just like the picture. All the appliances were new and there was a big smart TV, so it was great to enjoy YouTube comfortably. Especially, I was so grateful for the quick response and kindness of the host, and I felt safe. It was a great memory

What a great place to stay! The location is fantastic. It’s just to the east of the State Department Store in a quiet area. Only a few minutes walk to restaurants, museums, shopping and sight seeing. The apartment itself was spacious and very well maintained. I will definitely stay here again in the future!
