Central location, quiet neighborhood. Great choice

I stayed at Goyo's place and found it great. It is a walkable distance from all the main spots of the city's downtown. It was well-connected, and all stores were within walking distance. It is a great place to choose for your trip to Ulaanbaatar. I would recommend the place to visitors. Goyo and her team are a great host. Thanks for the experience.

It was an amazing stay at Tsetsen’s place which is right at the center of the UB city. Everything was approachable and at walking distance. There are several department stores and restaurants around. The apartment is cozy and has all basic amenities available. Host was always responsive and we had lots of discussions during our free time. Host even helped us to arrange taxi for our trip to national park and airport. 10/10 for an amazing stay. Thank you!

Goyo went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, from prior check in to check out! She was super helpful and resourceful. She even assisted with my upcoming travels! The place was squeaky clean and I booked it at the very last minute I felt at home and safe! Her lovely place is located less than 10min walk from the square and shangri la mall which was perfect! Amazing stay overall! Book with her you will not regret it ❤️

Great location and spacious rooms! The showers water pressure was pretty weak but everything else was great. Goya was very attentive and communicative. Recommend :)

Staying at Dayar's place was perfect - peaceful neighborhood, close located mall, amazing view from the windows! Even there was some troubles with locked door by my fault so Dayar responded and managed it incredibly fast👍Gonna suggest this place to each my friends visiting Ulaanbaatar

We enjoyed our stay here, Tanan was very welcoming and informative, and arranged to have a van and driver meet our group at the airport for pickup, for a fair price. He also gave recommendations for good restaurants in the city. The apartment was newly renovated and beautifully decorated. It was clean and well furnished, with a well outfitted kitchen and cooking implements. The apartment building is located within a block of Emart, which was very convenient for shopping. Occasionally, an odor of cigarette smoke could be smelled in the bathrooms, likely from an adjacent apartment. We enjoyed our stay here and it helped make our time UB enjoyable.

The location is close to E-Mart, and it's good.

The exterior of the building is old, but the interior is tidy and the cleaning condition is good. And it's very spacious for two people, so you can stay comfortably. The location is near the square, so within a 15-minute walk, it's all within a 15-minute walk. And the host responded kindly However, it was a little uncomfortable that I had to carry the key, not the door lock. All in all, it's a good place to stay before and after the tour.

This accommodation is good for more than 10 people. There are 3 double beds (3 rooms), 4 single beds (2 rooms), 8 dorm beds. There are two toilets, so the shower is good and the hot water works well. There are cu and Nomin Mart nearby, and pubs and restaurants are nearby. This is the place I'd like to visit again next time.

Our family loved our stay here. It felt like home with all the right stuff in all the right place. Everything is as described and looks like on picture. The bathrooms was so clean which was so important for me. The locatiion is also close to the city center. E-mart and coffe shops are in 5 min walk. Also we love this location for nearest big park where my dog could play. Thank you for host Boko. Yes i reccomend this AirBnB!

Clean and comfortable place in a great location. We came for the annual Naadam festival and were pleasantly surprised at how close their place was to all the venues. Good restaurant options nearby and easy access to local transportation. We had a lovely stay.

Above all, it was a great and quiet accommodation geographically.

Very nice flat equipped with all you need for a longer stay for work and making excursions. Partment is calm, as it does not face the busy streets. Nika very friendly and responsive, her apartment manager Oscar very knowledgeable and always helpful. We felt very well taken care of and only can recommend the place, the owner and Oscar.

The apartment is a very nice studio. Miya and her husband are really responsive hosts, so it was easy and nice to contact with them. There are some POIs nearby: amusement park, Shangri La shopping mall, Narantuul - the biggest market of Ulaan Baatar. And, of course, it's not far away (half of an hour on foot) from central square, museums etc.
