He responds in time and is major helpful in his responses. The place is a true depiction of what's on the listing. Highly recommended—perfect for a family getaway, business trip, or a peaceful retreat! Our stay was absolutely wonderful. My family and I truly loved the place—it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The space was neatly organized, spotless, and set in a calm, clean environment. The rooms were well-ventilated and equipped with air conditioning, making our stay very comfortable. The ambiance was serene and welcoming. Customer service was outstanding—Babra was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Thank you so much!

Alice is an amazing and caring host. She guided us on amenities to visit and even gave us a free ride to the Serena public beach, which was great, and even recommended other places of interest. Please book your stay with her when you visit Mombasa. I also loved the fact there were functional and reliable air conditioners in both bedrooms.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Mutindi house. It was clean, the staff was great and Sandra did a great job communicating throughout our stay. Would definitely go back again!

Villa by the Beach was all that we expected and more. The pictures matched our expectations. The space was very clean with neat bedding and towels. Having travelled with family, it was very family friendly. Absolutely loved the outdoor space for early mornings and in the afternoons. The staff were great too. Maikel was very responsive and supportive. Jason and the security guy were also very professional and helpful. We surely enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend Villa by the Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sylvia's place. The place is family-friendly and my kids were all over the place especially on the outside balcony porch. The house keeper came in every two days to tidy up. The place is quiet and very safe and peaceful. The place matched her description and the provided photos. The proximity of the place to the beach is a good thing. The only dissatisfaction was the bathroom door had not been repaired when we checked in and during our stay,and it brought some inconveniences. Also, there are no shops /supermarkets around the place. I recommend this place to anyone.Thank you for hosting us. We look forward to our next visit.

Very nice location, near the beach and lots of places to eat, with a suppermarket 5 min away as well. Great host, very understanding and helpful when needed. Would highly recommend.

My family's stay here was fun filled and very relaxing. The house was homely and peaceful and the beach was excellent. The host was very helpful and professional. God willing I'll certainly be back.

We had a good stay here- the apartment was spacious and comfortable for two people and well stocked. The location is very convenient for the airport (only a 15-20 minute drive outside of rush hour). The host was helpful, responsive, and provides very clear directions and instructions- it is best to be in communication with them to find the building easily.

Stay was as advertised. Linda was great to communicate with and very responsive. would. recommend positively to anybody considering Linda's place.

khlada's place is nit with easy access. the host is such a responsible person who's always available beyond the expectations.

Great place and value. It's about 15 minutes drive to shops, malls. It's about 10 minute walk to the beach. The host is great.

I had a wonderful stay at Marie’s apartment during my conference at PrideInn Paradise, Mombasa. The location was perfect—conveniently close to the venue yet peaceful enough for rest after long days. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as it looks in the photos. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out seamless. Overall, I truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again during future visits to Mombasa. Highly recommended!
