He responds in time and is major helpful in his responses. The place is a true depiction of what's on the listing. It's a great place in a great neighborhood and very close to the beach which was a plus for me with a mall nearby it made things very convenient.

Villa by the Beach was all that we expected and more. The pictures matched our expectations. The space was very clean with neat bedding and towels. Having travelled with family, it was very family friendly. Absolutely loved the outdoor space for early mornings and in the afternoons. The staff were great too. Maikel was very responsive and supportive. Jason and the security guy were also very professional and helpful. We surely enjoyed our stay and would definately recommend Villa by the Beach.

I recently stayed at Ruqia’s place for two nights and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, Ruqia was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and she made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The space itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the essentials, and some thoughtful extras that made it feel like home. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and I had no trouble getting around thanks to Ruqia’s local tips. I really appreciated her quick communication and her kindness throughout the stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area, and I’d happily book again in the future. Sarah's place is very nice, well located, 5 min away on foot from the beach. Close to shops, with a very well equipped kitchen. The rooms have AC, but in the living room there's only a ventilator, so it can get quite hot. Otherwise I would really recommend it.

I stayed at Terry's Airbnb for 2 weeks (and have just booked for another week upon my return from Zanzibar). The apartment is clean (also the cleaner comes every 2 days to spruce up and change towels/sheets), good central location in Bamburi so easy to get transport, quiet amd has all the amenities to feel like a homevaway from home, including AC and Netflix. terry is very responsive and responds almost instantly to messages I highly recommend this apartment.

Fiona is a lovely lady. The instructions for finding the place and checking in are very clear and helpful. Nyali has many beautiful places to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and clubbing. Her property is lovely and very well looked after. I would recommend that people who want to visit Mombasa choose Fiona's place.

Had a great stay at Beatrice’s place. She was very responsive and accommodating from the start, which made the whole experience smooth. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and exactly as described, with all the listed amenities ready to go. The location is ideal. Close to the CBD and just a short drive from the mainland. The building felt very safe with secure entrances and sign-in requirements, plus the apartment had its own gate. For the price, it’s excellent value. I’d definitely recommend this stay to other travellers.

The apartment is spotless, beautiful, small and sweet. The decoration is lovely, very comfortable sofa with several pillows. Great bed! internet works perfectly. kitchen is well equipped. Good TV too. There is a gym and pool on site that you can access for a fee. Location is good with access to old town and Nyali quite easily. Highly recommend staying here! Great value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at Marie’s apartment during my conference at PrideInn Paradise, Mombasa. The location was perfect—conveniently close to the venue yet peaceful enough for rest after long days. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as it looks in the photos. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out seamless. Overall, I truly appreciated the hospitality and would gladly stay here again during future visits to Mombasa. Highly recommended!
