Beautiful garden, with great facilities including a lovely and stunning views from the hills of Emilia Romagna. The kitchen is bright and we-equipped. The house generally is charming - welcoming and wonderfully decorated with lemon motifs everywhere. Miriam was welcoming and communicated in great time. And the cat is a sweetheart. Highly recommended to families and larger groups.

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

The perfect place for a holiday with family or friends with glorious views over a lush valley in the hills above Modena. Our historic casa was renovated to the highest standard with generous bedrooms, three fabulous bathrooms , a well functioning kitchen, dining and sitting area. We enjoyed the pristine pool, BBQing and dining outside under, and using the wood fired pizza oven. The plumbing, power and internet did not miss a beat! Our hosts were generous and welcoming, sharing some of their home made and local produce, and encouraged us to forage herbs and fruit [just ripening figs, wild arugula] from the beautiful garden. Their recommendations about the local area were spot on. We recommend using it as a base for visiting the motor museums and factories, for enjoying the wonderful food traditions of the area and to relax in a most beautiful environment. The visit to La Noce to learn from Georgio about and taste Balsamico di Modena is not to be missed! A wonderful stay!!!

Roberta is an excellent host who takes the time beforehand and during the stay to ensure her guests have everything they need and recommendations of local activities in books at the house and throughout our stay. The house is charming and very well appointed, little touches like tea and coffee, balsamic and olive oil are very welcome as well as a lovely present and bottle of wine on arrival. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area, it’s very handy for Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia and the pool is fab for the kids and adults alike. Everyone we met in Baiso was friendly and welcoming and our kids enjoyed meeting and hanging out with the local kids who took great care of them also.

Very kind staff, beautiful and clean accommodation. Hard to find location

The place is very beautiful, clean and very large (accommodates large groups). You must have a car as it's a bit out of town. However, there is plenty of parking. There is a restaurant below which worried me, but it's a fine dining restaurant, there was very little noise. Try the restaurant below, great food.

We had a really pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with attention to the smallest details. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the fireplace perfectly functional, with wood provided free of charge by the host. The apartment is immersed in the tranquility of the Modena Apennines, an ideal place for those looking to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. Nearby are several hiking trails, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. Sergio and his wife were exceptional hosts: kind, helpful and never intrusive. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating break!

It was a really nice stay. The apartment is perfect for one person or even a couple. I liked that it was really close to the train station. There is a new part in front and Bologna is a really walkable city so moving was not a problem. I really recommend stay here and I wish to came back in the future!

It's a cosy, beautiful and clean apartment. Everything is in working order. The host was very kind. There is a good pizzeria, cafe and ice cream place nearby. Lidl is about 7 min walk from the apartment. There is a nice walk by the river. The place can easily be reached by public transport from centre of Bologna in about 30min.

Just 15 minutes for the train station walk in a lovely location which was so quiet even during the Coppa Italia winning night for Bologna FC. Very clean and spacious for a family of 2+2. Incudes all necessary equipment for a family to focus on holidays. Definitely a place to recommend and come back!

Mauro was a kind host who allowed us to check in early according to our needs. The apartment is convenient for walking but above all it has a private parking space included in the price (around the parking lots are all paid). Maybe a few more tools were missing in the kitchen, but overall everything went very well. Thank you.

Had a lovely stay. The house is large and there is a good useable outdoor space. Great place to explore the region but you do need a car as resturants and supermarkets are not in easy walking distance. There are a lot of steps to the upstairs bedroom which have 2 single large beds but it is large with a lovely big window. The down stairs bedroom is lovely and large. The kitchen area has everything you need. The shower took a bit of time to get used too but perfectly usable. Michela was very welcoming and helpful.

After needing a last minute place due to a previous hosts last minute cancellation, we were so glad we found this beautiful accommodation. It was such a refreshing change to have a Airbnb that felt like it was someone’s home that was loved. The host was super friendly and helped us with check in/check out, and had any questions we had answered about the surrounding area. Highly recommend

Very cosy apartment in the mountains. Well equipped kitchen. Fast internet. Nice garden.

This is an immaculate apartment, furnished and decorated to a high standard with great attention to detail. Having a private garden and set back from the road meant that it was quiet and peaceful whilst only ten mins from the centre. Elisa met us in person and explained everything we needed to know, and checked in during our stay as well. She also provided recommendations for local restaurants, bakeries etc. Overall an excellent experience.

I gave 5 stars to everything, I don't think I need to explain much. Elena was precise and courteous to us. The house was in excellent condition. Experience to be remade. Even if we came for a very specific event. Great place to breathe clean air and refuse from city days. Recommended to everyone, both to groups of friends like us and to families. My family enjoyed our stay at La Pacifica. The house was cozy and well stocked. My spouse enjoyed using the kitchen. The views, especially from the primary bedroom, were spectacular. If there were any issues, Silvia responded promptly and helped us. What a wonderful host!

Great location close to restaurants. Good starting point to visit Ferrari and Lamborghini museums.

Excellent location with neighbourhood feel. Easy walking to prime sites. Nicolo is a friendly and responsive host. This was our second visit and we’d gladly return.
