During the renovation, we preserved what is drawn to you in an old house, such as 150 years old sandstone walls, a porch, and spruce windows. At the same time, we have arranged the house to make everyone feel here, like on holidays and have the necessary facilities and amenities. The house is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood, in the city center. Škoda factory is within a walking distance. Suitable for people coming for work on short- and long-term stays. Not suitable for children. Long-term stays are preferred. Price for one night is 50% higher, and is only accepted in last minute, 1-2 days before.

The shepherd's hut itself is 6x 2.5m and the amenities include a shower, a hot water heater, a separation toilet, a sink, an induction hob (in winter you can cook on the stove- the food tastes perfect on the fire:) ), a refrigerator with a freezer, a sofa bed for two, and a large bed of 2.3x 1.7m with a futon mattress with a protector. Lake Lhota is a short distance away, great for swimming. By car about 3 min.
