beautiful house and very friendly owner. perfect for large group of people or families with children! Grocery shops like lidl and penny only 12 minutes with car drive away and are open every day of the week. loved our stay there!

We had a pleasant stay at Jakub's. The house was very nice and large even for 5 people. Perfect location for visiting the area. Thank you for the small touches and the many documents to prepare for our visits. The key box is very convenient.

Stay at Branzezka was lovely. Clean house with all necessary amenities including nice terrace in plesant garden. Location perfect just right on the touristic paths to the amazing Bohemian Paradise.

The apartment is very nicely located close to Turnov in Bohemian Paradise. From here you can reach many destinations in the sandstone mountains of Hruba Skala. Directly behind the house is a forest path leading to Valdštejn Castle. Very nice, thank you so much! :-)

We had a great stay. Peaceful location in middle of nowhere. Amazing garden together with orchard. Do not expect luxurious accommodation, fancy decoration. You are basically visiting your grandparents in old house with all cons and pros :-) We slept well, relaxed nicely. House is big enough to accommodate more than 12 people in 2 bedrooms, however there is only small table in the kitchen that fits 4 people . New bathroom. There is a lot of personal items of the owner, but still plenty of space for your own belongings..we would appreciate a bit of cleaning upfront. Garden is amazing, many toys for kids, board games, fully equipped kitchen. Richard was very responsive, very nice, easy to talk to. He let us stay longer and did also very earle check in, which we appreciated a lot. We will come back

We stayed with Jana for 4 days and we loved it. The sights of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland are very easy to reach by car. The apartment has a terrace and a large garden located directly on a river. You can walk along the river 10 minutes to a café. The house is a little noisy but that didn't bother us. The apartment has everything that you need and is very tastefully decorated. We are very satisfied and Jana is a great host. We will definitely come back, because 4 days are simply too short for this beautiful area. Thank you Jana for the wonderful time Svenna Svenja

We had a great week in Prague! The apartment is really nice, spacious and very comfortable — it's probably even one of the best Airbnb homes we've had on a trip. The stairs can be a little tiring after a long day, but nothing bad😅. The apartment is well equipped, and the washing machine is a real plus. It would just be missing a strainer and maybe a coffee machine, but these are really minor details. Public transport is very close, just a 5-minute walk away. I highly recommend this listing!

Kate and Martin were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was in the outskirts where it was peaceful and relaxing, but only 20 minutes by public transportation to the main part of the city. We enjoyed it very much!

This stay was truly exceptional. A quiet and pleasant environment to relax, lots of places to go with even the possibility of borrowing bikes. When it comes to the accommodation directly,.. I have nothing to complain about, a bathing barrel, a sauna, the possibility of grilling - great! Projector for pleasantly spent evenings, perfect for a romantic and indulgent stay. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back and enjoy the same comfort here as we are now.

Petr is an amazing host and we can highly recommend this place to everyone! Everything was in perfect condition and even our dog was happy to have access to the garden. Petr is very proactive, he prepared his own board games for us to use and it was great to just chat with him and his family. We felt at home and we will definitely come back in the future! ❤😊

The place is in a beautiful place. Possibility of nice walks and trips by train. We appreciated the tips for the trips we found at the cabin. A cozy spacious cabin with the possibility of a fireplace and an outdoor fire pit. The Hosts were very kind. Thanks, and we'd love to come back 🙂❤️

We had a really nice stay here and overall I’d recommend the place, especially for those looking to relax in a quiet and green area. Pros: - The location is lovely - The house is quite spacious and nicely updated inside. - It’s well-stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, etc more than enough for a group. - There’s a nice outdoor area with fire pit and a bench/table and a grassy lawn – a nice spot to sit outside and enjoy. - Check-in was smooth and communication was clear. Things to keep in mind: - The coffee machine and some appliances are a bit older and not working perfectly. - Overall cleanliness was fine – the house was tidy – but a few small touches (like older blankets or fabrics) gave the impression of it not feeling completely “fresh.” Nothing major. The biggest downside: no bed linens, sheets, or towels are provided. This is mentioned in the listing, but it could be made more visible or emphasized – it’s something you usually expect when booking a stay, and it caught us off guard

We enjoyed the stay very much, the cottage is in a beautiful environment in the middle of "nowhere", amazing peace, the possibility of many trips in the area. The host was very helpful, available whenever needed, and responded quickly to messages. The cottage corresponded to the description and photos, it was clean, everything we needed was available (dishes, umbrella, grill and wood…). Overall, I rate it very positively. The place was much more beautiful than the photos and fully equipped. On the first day, we had a problem running the hot tub, but the manager came right away and was happy to help. Great sauna with a pool, I just recommend starting to warm up as soon as you arrive. I definitely recommend it!

Beautiful peaceful retreat with great views over rolling hills, everything was super easy and hassle free, property had everything we could need and lots of attention to detail. We felt very at home and will definitely come again.

We really enjoyed staying at Martin's house. The location in the middle of the quiet nature is beautiful and offers many opportunities for hiking in the area. The house is very cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need. Our host Martin was always available and also provided us with lots of tips and information for excursions and restaurants. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.
