Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and private parking with video surveillance is available on site. Unit includes a terrace also feature an equipped kitchen and bed linen. The private beach is accessible by foot, only 50m by stairs, Guests enjoy the shared barbecue. We can offer sunbeds and parasols for free. If ariving by plane we can arrange transfers to the apartment.

You’ll love my place because of here aren't many neighbours around, so you can enjoy piece and quiet during your vacation. If you love nightlife, Omiš are Makarska are not far. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Apartment is located in a heart of Mimice village, less then a 3 minutes walk away from the beach, cafe bars and restaurants. It has two bedrooms, which makes it perfect for four people. In a kitchen you can find a fridge with freezer, stove, oven, cookware, tableware, kitchen utensils... In the othe word, it is fully equiped. Also, bathroom is equipped with everything you need to start a fresh day. There is also a - beautiful - view - balcony and view from there is absolutely stunning

This combined with a stunning mountain backdrop makes it a picture perfect location whilst not far from the shop/restaurants/Tourist Bureau/Cafe (5 min walk).
