Evergreen Cottage

This Cozy home is in a beautiful safe neighborhood. You have the upstairs to yourself as well as the beautiful backyard with a grill and stream. Someone does live here part of the year so its not fully empty but you have plenty of space for your belongings. And everything is fully stocked. There are renters downstairs but you have locked door between the up and downstairs. The laundry is downstairs and you are welcome to use it. Tons of natural light and full kitchen and bath.
