Monthly Rentals in Micco

We visit this area each year and Mia’s is a great location to access the activities we like. It’s also a 5 minute walk to a pleasant park on a canal with lots of birds, especially in the morning. We were able to see a couple evening launches from Cape Canaveral from the back patio! Mia responded to, and addressed a couple of minor concerns quickly.

We really enjoyed staying at Cassandra’s place while we searched for our forever home, which we did find. The house was very clean and the kitchen had all the comforts of home. We were able to host many family dinners too. Having access to a washer and dryer was huge as well. There’s also a really cool hanging rack I used to dry my bathing suits. Anytime I needed Cassandra for anything, she was available. My husband and I were also very impressed with how nicely the house was redone. I highly recommend renting Cassandra’s place. You will not be disappointed.

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Alpha! Everything was exactly like the description. A little bit of everything was clean, cozy and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip! Alpha was a kind host who responded to any questions we had. We would stay again!

This place is very spacious, modern and clean. It’s located in a peaceful neighborhood. For seniors, it felt very safe on a number of fronts. We were surprised by how open and tastefully de orated it was. Highly recommend.
