The house is very spacious and has everything you need, Arturo and the cleaning lady are very helpful and help with everything you need, even though I think the house is not as impeccable as I would think for the price paid, there was no hot water in the shower at night, however, since it was very hot, it was not really necessary since it was not freezing, it was a medium temperature. But overall, I would come back. Very private, ideal for resting.

The stay at the house was amazing. The host was super friendly and super attentive to anything that might come up. And the house is amazing. If you have the chance to stay in this place, don't miss it.

It is a very comfortable house to spend time with the family in the Lomas de Cocoyoc subdivision. All the rooms have their own bathroom and the fact that two of them are next to the garden with the pool makes it even more comfortable. The area is very quiet and with the security of being inside the subdivision, I would definitely stay again.

Very nice property, well kept and spacious, we felt well received, Germán and his wife were kind and attentive to our needs. The only thing we regret is that the pool water was very cold and somewhat dirty. We were informed that the pump broke down and they fixed it as soon as they could, but we still did not enjoy the pool. But in general, everything is fine. Thank you very much.

I loved his house, it feels very nice and the truth is that we did not take advantage of it because we did not read all his recommendations in the PDF. The cleanliness is good. Plenty of bathrooms, incredible fruit trees, the house is enriched with small details such as beautiful viewpoints. I wanted to play ping pong and basketball, but the truth is that if I had read the PDF I would have done more things. It's quite hot in Malinalco, when I arrive I miss some large fans on the ceiling inside and outside the terraces. I think that alone would make the stay completely pleasant. I also think that a pool would be enjoyed a lot, but I imagine that the water would make the cost of accommodation much more expensive and it is better to handle it separately with an extra cost. I really congratulate him for having such an incredible vision of his house, the way he distributed nature and recreation areas. Everything is very close to the house, 4 or 5 blocks from the zocalo and restaurants. :)

Ramiro's cabin is very beautiful, it's the second time we've gone, he pays attention to every detail, it's very quiet with all the privacy. It's very safe for our puppy as it has a lot of garden and forest and everything is enclosed so the dogs can be free. Thank you so much!

Cecilia’s house was absolutely beautiful! The decor is so thoughtful and cool and the whole vibe of the house is really creative and special. She’s an incredibly sweet host and very accommodating when we had to make a last minute change to our pet situation - plus she has great local recommendations. I absolutely hope to return one day! Can’t recommend this place enough - thank you for opening your home to us!

As favorable points, I highlight the friendliness and attention of the host, as well as the cleanliness and location of the house, which is very close to the walking center. As points of improvement: the pool does not have a boiler and the water was too cold; they do not leave the pool filter on and if the water gets cloudy, you have to call the host to take the filter; there is only one bathroom inside the house and the toilet tank took a long time to fill; the lounge chairs sink, without super uncomfortable.

The whole experience was magic from start to finish. Our hosts were professional and reliable and so welcoming. The house is beautiful and a perfect retreat in the hills. We have many life long memories from our stay here.

The house is very nice to rest and spend it as a family, the pool was always with warm water, and everything is close to buying food around the house. Gaby was super attentive and very kind.

The place is as described, our stay was pleasant, the kitchen is quite well equipped, and the grill is a great addition. I would only recommend that visitors bring insect repellent because the place has green areas where there are mosquitoes and insects.

The house is very nice, suitable if you want to get away from the noise of the city. It's ideal for couples or adults only. I don't know if it's so convenient to bring children because the stairs to the room are somewhat dangerous. You must bring your food so you don't have to go out, the kitchen is well equipped. We were worried about the arrival as many say it's difficult but the truth is it's not. You just have to bring a suitable car, because it's a bit steep. The views are beautiful and everything was very clean (thank you), they responded quickly to our questions, they were always attentive. The pool is small but nice. You won't regret it if you dare to go.

We were first-time visitors to the Volcano House, but longtime travelers in the region. The accommodations perfectly suited our needs for the 12 days we stayed. The completely furnished kitchen and laundry facilities were huge benefits, as were the recreation area (ping pong, lighting, outdoor grill, etc...) , the beautiful landscaping, and the strong Wi-Fi. Ernesto and Rosy gave important advice on area happenings and made us several pizzas when we didn't have time to cook. Regina provided clear instructions for our arrival, stay, and departure and the facilities were exactly as described. Between the home and the volcano are open fields and few obstructions, providing beautiful views and a sense of connection with the natural protected area above. For our group there could not have been a better home base from which to work in the mountains during the day and play and relax in the evenings. Our next trip is now being planned as we hope to reserve a spot during the busy season.

Our stay in the house was simply wonderful. From the first moment, Natalia was a super host: attentive, kind and always making sure we were comfortable. The house is beautiful, cozy and perfectly equipped to spend a few days of total relaxation. We felt incredibly well received and cared for. Everything was impeccable, with details that made the difference and made us feel right at home. We would definitely go back! We left happy!
