Everything very well! very clean and cared for, there is only a little noise from cars and trailers at night due to the proximity to the main avenues, but outside of it the place is excellent.

Carmen is a great host, and communicating with her was super easy. The apartment has an awesome location, it was clean and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Alex's place was perfect for the two of us for our nine day stay in CDMX. It's in a great location for exploring various neighborhoods on foot, by bike (lots of Ecobici stations nearby) and metro. And it was very comfortable to come back to later in the day for a rest, with lots of options nearby for dinner later.

Daphne was very kind to let me in before check in. responded quickly and was always kind. it's a good place to stay. everything super

Loved this place! Condesa is a beautiful, safe neighbourhood and the apartment was clean, well-appointed, kitchen well stocked, modern decor, great storage, multiple bathrooms and full of conveniences. Daily maid service and 24 hour concierge were a bonus. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Restaurants and groceries all within walking distance. A superb rental!

Felipe was a fantastic host! His communication was helpful and responsive to my questions both before and during the trip. The apartment is perfectly suited for a trip to CDMX--the apartment is very accessible and safe. Kitchen has basic equipment 4 people would be very comfortable here. The neighborhood is full of all types of restaurants and very walkable. On every block there is something interesting and delicious. (Best coffee is 2 blocks away @ Raku Cafe.) Located near the historic center (a nice 20-30 minute walk) and other tourist sites. Metro/buses are nearby and easy to use. Plan to return as soon as I can.

Great place and location

Excellent accommodation close to very nice places in the CdMx.. Restaurants, museums, theaters and more. We definitely recommend this place to enjoy everything in the city faster and safer.

I stayed 3 weeks and it was great. there was a gym down the street and close to the 1, 3, and 8 metro lines. it did feel a BIT sketchy to walk back from Roma at night but the Uber was cheap. The apartment did get a bit warm a few days which might be a problem when the heat starts. Overall a nice stay for the price.
