Monthly Rentals in Metropolitan City of Milan

Chu Yi and her partner were amazing hosts! Their place was just the perfect spot for us. Chu Yi was kind enough to pick us up from the train station, and her boyfriend dropped us off in the morning! Their place was very clean and well equipped. They even left us snacks, water, and coffee! Would recommend this place!

We would definitely highly recommend Andrea’s place. We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful comfortable spotless apartment. Easy walk to Last Supper, Duomo snd restaurants. We had an early tour on check in day. We were met at the apartment and allowed to check in early which was most helpful.

Excellent hosts both Francesco and Elisabetta. Proactive, communications were very good. Helped us with some important pointers in Milan. The apartment was nicely located in the suburb of Pagano. Also within walking distance to City Life Shopping center. Well done you both. Grazie Mille

Lorenzo’s house is in a good location walkable from Garibaldi station, I would say about 12-15 min walk. Easy access to trams as well even if you chk out super early like we did at 5:30 am tram service was available. About the house, it felt very secure given the reputation Milan has with lock at the building door as well as front door. The apartment is neat & clean. The only inconvenience was the ac heating up due to some regulations in place but Lorenzo was super responsive & provided us with a cooling fan which worked as well as an ac would. Our stay was nice & comfortable. The washing machine & drier in the apartment made it very convenient for us. We had a great time thanks to Lorenzo, he is a great host.
