Vacation rentals with a patio in Mergellina, Naples

Mario’s apartment is excellent in every way – spacious, clean, comfortable, well-equipped – and we would seek to stay here again on a return visit to Naples. The location feels just right – near enough to the train station, but just a quick walk into the old town – and the terrace is a huge plus. Mario and Fabrizia are responsive, kind, and very generous hosts who went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended.

Silvio was very responsive and kind. the apartment was clean and the washer was a huge bonus. It is in a very vibrant and noisy area - lots of nightlife. May not be the best location for light sleepers or small children, but it provided a really unique experience. Tons of food and bars close by. We loved our time there and would stay again!

Francesco was an excellent host and went above and beyond with his check in, recommendations and help throughout my stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and a lovely space, perfect for a couple or one person. The bathroom was super clean and the terrace (shared with Francesco but I never saw him!) was beautiful. It is a beautiful building and all the little touches such as amenities in the apartment were noticed and really appreciated - this is what makes a fantastic stay!! Thank you Francesco - when i’m back in Naples I know where I’ll stay!

I had a great stay at Vincenzo's and Francesca's. They are very communicative, kind, and helpful. They went out of their way to help me get a taxi and made my check- in very smooth. For anything I needed, they were there. The place is also very comfortable. The neighborhood did feel a bit sketchy at night but nothing really happened and I felt welcome.

Luigi was so kind and helpful. We had quite the adventure arriving in Naples. Luigi was super flexible and helpful. I’m so grateful for him waiting up so late for us and helping us with a late checkout because of all our travel delays. We couldn’t of asked for a more kind host.

Raffaele was always attentive to everything! The instructions to get to the apartment are very understandable, as well as the access and everything you need to know, he makes it very clear and easy. You feel at home and the apartment is very centrally located. I will definitely return to Naples and stay with Raffaele.

Amazing stay at Leandra's Very nice, responsive and present host if necessary We were hosted very well. The accommodation matches its description, close to everything in the historic center despite the liveliness of the street the accommodation is very quiet and soundproofed Everything is there to have a great stay We highly recommend it, there is plenty to do Thanks again and Viva Napoli

Overall this place exceeded my expectations. I needed a place to stay close to the Airport and this was it. I anticipated staying in a nearby hotel but after having stayed here I realized the hotel would have been a mistake. Roberto's apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed. It was quiet despite being close to the airport. It would also serve as a nice base for Napoli as a whole as the Airport bus gets you n to the city center in about 20 minutes and is an 8 minute walk from the stop to the apartment. Check in was easy and Roberto was readily available. The bed was very comfortable which was an added bonus as I had been driving all day. All in all, good value and comfortable stay.

Ciro was a great host! He picked me up from the airport and I was able to check in early. Him and his wife were very friendly. The location was very convenient as a researcher visiting the university!

Biagio was a perfect host. He was so attentive and always ready to help. The apartment was also amazing. Everything was in walking distance, from great pastries shops to amazing pizzerias. You could also reach Herculaneum by foot its truly a place worth visiting. Our stay could not be more perfect.

Quiet and beautiful sea view, Vesuvius can be seen in the distance, with a magnificent sunrise in the morning.Everything is wonderful as described.The host booked us a parking spot in advance and everything was solved right away, the service was top notch, thank you so much for exchanging with the host's father to enjoy the art work

Great apartment with everything you need. It's a great place designed nicely and huge patio. It's clear that this is an experienced host. Every detail is planned in the apartment and you have all that you need. It's very close to the metro and 20 min directly to the center of Napoli. We parked the car in the attached parking spot and used the metro.

We had a brilliant time at Luca’s place! Communication before we arrived was excellent, and he kindly helped arrange a taxi from the airport. Check in was easy and the apartment is very spacious and quiet, and looks just like the photos. It had everything we needed, and the pizza place down the road was delicious and great value. The balconies are brilliant, a perfect place to wind down with a glass of wine as the sun sets - I’d highly recommend! We enjoyed spending time with Luca and learning about Naples - hopefully see you again soon!

Laura‘s place is a fantastic apartment in one of the most beautiful parts of Napoli. Well at first it might seem like it’s not in a convenient location. There is a bus connection just a minute outside of the apartment plus several metro stations are a short walk through fantastic neighborhoods. Department itself has a beautiful view of the sea, and Napoli. we thoroughly enjoyed looking out through the big beautiful windows. Everything about the apartment is cozy. The furniture the lights everything totally great. Bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for any meal. Our hosts were extremely communicative, responsive, and friendly. There was a slight issue with the shower, and they quickly remedied it. Totally great! Overall, we highly recommended this apartment and will hopefully be returning soon!

Carlos’s apartment was the perfect base for our quick city break in Naples. The space is surprisingly large, spotless, and finished in a sleek, modern style that feels brand-new. Check-in was straightforward, communication easy, and everything—from linens to kitchenware—was immaculate. The location made it simple to reach the main sights, then retreat to a quiet, comfortable home at the end of the day. We left very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended for anyone planning a short stay in Naples!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The apartment was beautiful, very well-equipped with everything we needed — even drinks and a welcome Prosecco in the fridge. It’s in a great location and the rooftop terrace is stunning. The best part was the warm welcome and amazing communication. Mattia was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with great tips and explanations. We felt truly well taken care of. Highly recommended!

We loved Stefano‘s flat - it was perfect for a long weekend in Naples. Very clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and had everything we needed. Stefano was a great host who was very helpful and responsive! We felt that he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time in Naples. Can also recommend the location. Vomero is a lovely neighbourhood, very green with lots of restaurants and cafes.
