House vacation rentals in Mergellina, Naples

Fantastic stay for 5 family members. Beautiful villa with exceptional view and lovely balcony. Close to store and great restaurant. Loved the kitchen and dining area. Walked down to town twice. Not that hard, but did take the bus on return that dropped off near villa. Also took boat ride along amalfi coast. The best day!! Everything Sooo nice!

Thank you Monica for a lovely stay in an amazing location! Sorrento was absolutely stunning and Monica’s accom was a lovely haven to return to. We always felt safe and there was plenty to do close by - moments from restaurants and easy walk to Marina for boat departures. The apartment was equipped with l plenty of games to keep kids occupied. Access to the pool at the hotel next door was a standout (though freezing when we visited it early April 😉). Minor let down was the lack of access to streaming services on TV to keep kids busy in downtimes, though this won’t bother everyone. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Grazie!

We had a great stay at Alberico’s place. The house was nice clean and beautiful. Within a short drive to many places on the Amalfi Coast. Alberico and his wife were very helpful with recommendations and and very responsive. Thank you we will be back!

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

Our stay in Francesca's house was perfect, she and her family are great hosts. The view from the terrace on the bay of Naples is breathtaking. The pool Is perfect to cool down after the excursions. The furnishings are simple yet tasteful and the kitchen is well equipped. The views from both bedrooms are great.. Altogether a super and memorable stay

The pictures do this place no justice! It is such a beautiful place. The grounds are spectacular! So much room to entertain and the views are stunning! You can see the water from anywhere in the home. It was so magical. The beds were comfortable. Plenty bathrooms and space. Great restaurants in walking distance. The people in the town were amazing. AnnaMaria was very sweet and helpful. Would love to return on our next trip back to Conca.

We enjoyed 6 days at Adriana's place, we felt completely at home. Apartment was spacious, nice beds, lovely breakfast in the ☀️ Beautiful garden, swimming pool was put back in order this week ( unfortunately still too cold for swimming) Adriana is very hospitable and has a warm❤️, she took us to the train and gave a nice and tasty restaurant as a tip. Nearby a large shopping center, cooked 4 times, great to do in the extensive kitchen. House is centrally located but a car is definitely needed. We went hiking twice at the Amalfi Coast, visited Naples,Herkalion/ Vesuvius,Pompeii. Adriana has a “ wine wall”, two wines tasted from the local wine 🍷 Adriana and family thank you for the good care 😘

Wonderful accommodation. Spacious and cosy. And a great pool that was already open in April, which we didn't even expect

Luca’s apartment was excellent it had everything we needed and was very clean. There was no problem with parking, which made things even easier. Luca, the host, was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay. He responded instantly to any question and was always kind and professional. The location is very convenient for exploring Naples and the surrounding area. Highly recommended!

Super small apartment in downtown Naples! Very well located, within walking distance to the duomo, train station, port and close to the historic center. Despite everything, it is in a quiet little alley, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist streets. A convenience store 2 steps away and very good restaurants in the area. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Everything you need is provided! Just remember that there is no gas stove or electric stove. Only slight downside is the non-existent sound insulation, fortunately the street is quiet. But I think that's the case in most homes in Naples. We had a great time in this apartment!

Very nice stay in Naples in this very central accommodation and close to everything. We were hosted very well even though we arrived late. The small studio is perfect, very clean and well-equipped. It should be noted that the neighborhood is quite noisy. A big thank you to our host 👌☺️

Ideally located to discover the historic center of Naples. It is very well equipped and tastefully furnished. The latter was very clean upon arrival and fully met the descriptions in the listing. The welcome was very warm and Stefano is very attentive to his guests. We highly recommend this accommodation. We won't look for other accommodation during our next stay in Naples. very nice place, in the middle of the Spanish neighborhoods, Gennaro was very kind, there was a small problem and he immediately came to the house to fix it so it is worth it also for the person he is

All the recommendations for this place for those who like privacy, peace, a little far from the noise of the city, yet well connected to Napoli, Pompei, Caserta... A little unusual on arrival but you have your own floor with a huge terrace, each room has a bathroom with all utensils, a washing machine, a table is a plus. There's literally everything you need in the kitchen. Nadia gave great recommendations, she spawned us with fruit lemon and orange, breakfast cuddles… we even got a gift on our way out. We had a really beautiful few days and would love to come back again

This the perfect location in Naples. Everything is in walking distance - Metro, restaurants, meeting point for tours. Just one block off an active street, it was relatively quiet. The apartment was much larger than I imagined. The elevator made going up and down much easier. Especially with luggage.

I took advantage of two apartments of Caterina, which are in a quiet area, controlled by a guard, near the metro station and equipped with a very comfortable parking lot. What more could you want?

Very nice, authentic apartment – exactly as described and spotlessly clean. A number of interesting places can be reached within just a 30-minute to one-hour drive from the apartment. Despite this central location, the area is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and offers convenient parking. There are several good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Pina is a very welcoming and responsive host. We didn’t miss anything during our stay – and to our delight, we were also treated to Pina’s pie upon arrival, which I had read about in a previous review. It was delicious – perhaps we can get the recipe! :-) I can definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Naples and the surrounding area.

The location was excellent, one block from Piazza Plebiscito, very close to the Port, we did everything on foot, except the arrival from the central station. The apartment was incredibly clean, including the dishes, the bed was comfortable and the shower (after I understood how it worked) was good. The kitchen was perfect for making a quick breakfast, and there was coffee, sugar, tea and salt on site. Two supermarkets very close by! I'd be back for sure!

Maria was a fantastic, friendly, and responsive host. She offered to have us meet her at the accomodation when our train arrived so she could show us around the apartment and allow us to drop off our bags. The apartment is in a very lively area (the heart of the historic district) so there are lots of cafes, shops, and sights to take in. I did note that we could hear cars and street noise, but it wasn't enough to be bothersome to us, but keep that in mind if you prefer to sleep in a very quiet space. Either way, this apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

Great place and amazing host!

The house is very pleasant, tastefully decorated, very well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Great, comfy bedside and sofa! The city centre is accessibile by foot in 15 minutes and the metro stop Cavour is only 5-10 minutes away. Small supermarket just downstairs is very convenient. Angelina and Ivan are very helpful and responded promptly and helpfully to queries. Great to have the option to be taken to the airport as well! We had great stay (all four of us!) and we'd recommend this accommodation . Thank you!

If you’re looking for a clean and friendly place within walking distance of the train station, this is your place! The host was terrific and the apartment was easy to find and get inside. Lots of little restaurants are nearby. We tried a couple and they were both great. Thanks for making our stay in Naples so enjoyable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We liked the fact it was off the beaten track. Car is essential!
