Monthly Rentals in Memphis

I stayed here for a month before moving from my hometown. It was really a great experience. To the fact, it was bittersweet when it was time to go lol. The place really makes you feel like you’re at home. I’ll definitely be booking through them again whenever I visit home.

We had a wonderful extended stay at Bobby's place. The unit was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. The location was in a quiet neighborhood close to Cooper-Young and a short drive to CBU or Memphis U. There are also great restaurants nearby. Bobby is very friendly and has great communication. We would definitely stay in his unit again!

I did encounter a problem with the master bed being slightly broken. The center beam of the bed was the problem, but I contacted the host and they had someone to fix the bed as soon as the next morning. It is a nice place in a sketchy area. No problems with my car or parking, but some people who don't know Memphis would probably be afraid. Someone's spilled some oil on the stairs and the steps leading up to the apartment felt slippery.

Throughly enjoyed my stay at Alison’s Place! Modern, safe, and quiet! Alison was very communicative prior and during check in! I decided to extend my stay one night and she went above and beyond to have both the cleaning and service fee refunded to me when it didn’t even cross my mind I would be paying double! She didn’t have to do that! I will choose her place anytime I’m in Memphis if it’s available! Minutes from restaurants, nightlife, and the famous Beale Street! Gated and covered parking were bonus amenities that added to the safety of her place! Thank you again for the accommodations! 🎶💙
