I was passing through Eugene as a part of a longer roadtrip and Katherine's was a great place to stay. Really convenient to have laundry facilities in the building. Great communication and clear check-in/check-out instructions.

We stayed here for a few nights while moving some friends into Eugene! Such a lovely space and Kris was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay again!

Great location. Really easy to park and get into the apartment. Being able to park close by was a big plus for me.

Small. Good price. 30 min walk with kids to Hayward Field. Pull out sofa bed was actually comfortable. Love the hook up to netflix.

We really enjoyed our stay due to its proximity to downtown and because the place is really cute and cozy! Wouldn’t recommend for people who go to bed early since it is right next to the train tracks. If you’re looking to walk to OSU campus, it is a bit of a walk, but it’s worth it if you don’t want to be near frats/sororities. The AC unit worked perfectly to cool the entire apartment and many fans are stationed around the apartment for better ventilation! Perfect for summer visits! The host was also very clear about instructions and there was no confusion for check in or check out. There is a key provided for each guest (assuming 2 guests), so coming and going in and out was very flexible. Overall, it went smoothly and was a great stay!

Ann's place is the perfect retreat for those looking for a quiet location but close to many city activities plus great hiking trails. This was our second stay at Ann's place and we have another month booked later this summer. we highly recommend Ann's retreat.

Quaint place. Beautiful garden. Nice, quiet neighborhood close to eateries and shops. Hosts were very accommodating. It had everything we needed for a one night stay.

Beautiful home with a lot of fun unique things included, especially loved the hangout room with ping pong and putting! Great place, super clean, exactly as described, you can tell the hosts care a lot about their home and their guests. Even came with a list of local food spots!

Wow, what a great experience. The home was just as described, so cozy and comfortable. We were able to settle in as soon as we checked in. My grandkids loved playing in the lower level and in the beautiful open spaces. The hosts were the most gracious and welcoming. They invited us all into their music room which was an experience all its own. We learned a lot and had fun too! We had a blast! Friendly hosts would be an understatement! We were overwhelmed by their generous, kind spirits. We have already been talking about returning this year.

Absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb. The host is amazing! The studio is located at the back of the home and has everything you could possible need for your stay. Very private, no noise from the house. Walkable to downtown Springfield (lots of great restaurants, shops). Super comfortable bed and pillows. The space is well laid out. For those of you who don’t pack light, there are plenty of hangers and shelves to organize your things. Large bathroom with rain shower and lots of pressure. The backyard is lovely and private as well.

The house was beautiful, clean, comfy, had amazing views, and close to lots of restaurants. It was plenty of space for our family. We would definitely stay here again.

The game room was a huge hit with the family and everyone enjoyed the very nice hot tub as well… It’s summer time so they even had a/c units in the living room, main bedroom and game room/bedroom which made it really nice in this heat… Would definitely stay there again while we were in Eugene. Very peaceful covered patio and nice backyard too…

Always a great stay while visiting family in Lebanon. Usually it is always booked! We were thankful to grab a night. Highly recommend for a clean, comfy and affordable place to stay.

Little Wing is a quiet gem away from town. Exactly what we were looking for! Bright, peaceful, quiet neighbors, and every amenity you could ask for. Extremely comfortable and really enjoyed the trails close by. Tiffany was readily available to assist with any questions. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to be right in town!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Nice location right on the golf course, if you are into that sort of thing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook, and the beds were comfy. The common areas are a bit small, but we didn't come to Black Butte Ranch to stay in the house all day! When a minor issue came up during our stay, the host communicated with us regularly until it was resolved. The ranch itself was very relaxing. Great views, bike paths, and swimming pools. We'll be back.

Located close to the main pool and restaurant, we just strolled on over :) The kitchen was very well equipped and had lots of storage space for our own pantry items. Deck facing afternoon sun with table, chairs, and nice BBQ. This was an older and mostly updated condo unit, it was exactly as shown in the pics.

Wow — what a gorgeous spot! Susan’s condo was the ideal home base for exploring Black Butte Ranch. We were steps away from the Lodge but it still felt private and was very quiet. We enjoyed every sunset on the deck and are already dreaming of a return trip. The condo is very comfortable and we especially appreciated how well equipped the kitchen is.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming home on Lawrence Street in Eugene. The unit was one of four in a beautifully maintained older house, and it had everything we needed — a cozy bedroom, a pull-out couch, a full kitchen, and even a private enclosed porch that made the space feel extra special. The host was incredibly kind and understanding, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. The house itself had such a local, lived-in feel — like we were part of the neighborhood. Plus, having restaurants just steps away made everything super convenient. Overall, it was the perfect home base for exploring Eugene. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming spot with character and a great location.

Stayed here about 10 days. Older property, but tasteful. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping. We were on the go everyday, all day so having a comfortable place to sleep was nice. Kitchen appliances worked fine. No mold or mildew that we noticed anywhere. Very affordable, so for us a great value. Would definitely stay there again. Austin was a great host.

I had a pleasant stay at the cottage on Kaimilia Street. The space was spotless, private, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable solo visit. One of the highlights was the peaceful garden, full of blooming flowers and trees—a perfect spot to unwind. The neighborhood felt very safe and was a short walk from local coffee shops and stores. Eugene was only a 20-minute drive away, which made day trips easy and convenient. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a quiet, well-located retreat. Patty and Frank, the hosts, are incredibly kind and maintain their property with great care. They love where they live, which reflects in their attention to the gardens and grounds. They have created their own Pura Vida.
