Good place, location and price

Very helpful and friendly owner. We were a large group but the spaces were large and well organized. The breakfast included in the price is really good. House close to the sea and downtown.

The apartment is literally a stone's throw from the sea. It is bright, clean, tastefully furnished, perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach without having to take the car or walk long. The beach in that area is spacious and sandy, which I personally appreciate very much (I have memories in Civitanova of beaches with the stones that I never liked much). You can also take long walks by the sea, and reach more isolated and quiet areas. There were four of us, and we were comfortable. In particular, I appreciated the spacious and bright living room, equipped with two windows from which you can see the sea, and the spacious bathroom with a really large shower, equipped with a very nice skylight that illuminates the environment very well. The bedroom is a little small if you have to sleep in two adults with lots of luggage, but it fits without any problems if you don't have any pretensions and/or problems using a bunk bed. A few minutes' walk from the house you can find shops that provide all the basic amenities, such as bars and supermarkets. There is also one fishing shop, for enthusiasts like me. Elisabetta, the host, is very nice and nice, we didn't miss a thing and it was really available right away. Once again the Marche is a wonderful region, which I recommend to anyone, both for the scenic beauty itself, and for the kindness and friendliness of the Marche. Absolutely appreciated stay, to be repeated! Highly recommended!

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

I was in Massimo's villa by the sea for a week with my husband and mom... it was perfect for us! On one side the sea, on the other the "city" with market, supermarket, etc. Fall asleep with sea noise and the cure of people at Lungomare. Kitchen top equipped for self-cooking... I would love to come back :-) Massimo is a great host, thanks for everything and see you again. Ciao katrin

A fantastic stay, the beach is right behind the house, shops and cafes next door, also the garden was incredibly beautiful, including a large private parking. All Italians are extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. And downtown would even be within walking distance to avoid the parking problem. The house is very spacious and cozy. The only downside: The house is unfortunately very clairaudient, from 5 o'clock you can hear the birds whistling. But overall my most beautiful vacation.

This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house which had everything we needed. Sirola is a wonderful town with amazing views, restaurants and beaches. We were able to completely relax and enjoy ourselves.

House is in a good location. 25-35 minutes' walk away from the beaches. Nicoletta was always available and helped. Only the water pressure in the upper bathroom was not enough. I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the place is conveniently located to visit the many beaches nearby. The garden is very big with many olive trees and a trampoline in the middle of it. Miranda is very helpful.
