Monthly Rentals in Marion County

The pool house was a perfect fit for my extended stay. I will definitely try to stay there again. Chris was very responsive when anything came up. I appreciated the beautiful and peaceful surroundings as well as the proximity to many great restaurants and shopping. Thank you for a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay! We loved being able to walk to the coffee shop, and appreciated the accessible bathroom (walk/roll in shower, grab bars) for guests with mobility concerns.

Our stay was very comfortable and the place was fairly quiet at night despite the location. The garage can be a little tight for larger cars, but there is parking next to the garage that isn't as tight. Overall it is a great place and very comfortable.

This was one of the most comfortable Airbnb’s I have stayed in. We cannot think of anything that would have made our stay better! The place was easy to find, clean, and exactly as pictured. The living room had beautiful skylights that turned into mirrors at night, which was a very cool touch. We also enjoyed watching the sunrise through the east-facing windows from the perfectly-placed furniture. The shower was also very nice with good water pressure. It is clear Kevin has a great attention to detail and cares about his guests- he even left us a sweet note welcoming us, which we so appreciated. We would happily stay here again if in town.
