Beachfront vacation rentals in Marina di Grosseto

Paola's place was just wonderful! It is on a perfect location, overlooking the small but cosy bay of Morcone with its clear blue water. The beach can easily be reached via private stairway. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay, including A/C. Most of all, it has a great outside area, including a BBQ area. We especially loved the big terrace where it is very nice to linger in the soft sea breeze at sunset. The beautiful and lively town of Capolivery is only a few minutes away by car and there are plenty of nice beaches around.

Flora's place is perfectly as described, the parking space is very convenient and two minutes from the free beach! In addition, Flora is a very kind and very helpful person, she met us in everything. It was like being in your own home. Highly recommended.

Guglielmo’s place was exceptional for so many reasons. Firstly, the location could not be better, it’s on the beach and only a few minutes walk from everything San Vincenzo has to offer. The supermarket 100m away was so handy! The apartment is gorgeous, with thoughtful touches throughout along with super cute nautical decor. It also has a delightful outdoor area for alfresco dining or just hanging out. The bedrooms were great with ample storage & comfortable beds. The best thing however, was Guglielmo’s parents, Ugo & Paola who manage the property when he is away. They were incredible, nothing was ever a problem & they made us feel like family immediately. In fact, when we arrived we were unexpectedly met at the station by Ugo, & driven to the apartment, as “it looked like rain”! They were both so thoughtful & kind and the special touches they provided will stay with us forever. We were so sad to have to say goodbye to them and we miss them already. Thank you all for the perfect stay.

Nice little apartment in a great location, only 3 minutes to the beautiful beach! We were only there for three days, but would have felt comfortable for longer.

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

Ground floor apartment, very clean, harmonious, cozy and very nice, equipped with everything you need (washing machine, hairdryer, courtesy products, towels, sheets, dishes, etc.). The outdoor courtyard is also wonderful and comfortable. Very close to the center of Marina di Cecina. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We found a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is not very large, but enough to spend relaxing moments in the house. It has a spacious living room and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories to make your vacation carefree. Great opportunity to have private parking and a condominium pool. Beach and restaurants are very close to the apartment. It was a really pleasant vacation, we felt right at home.

Very beautiful and exceptional place to stay. Great view from the balcony and very nice property. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. New bathroom. The rest of the decor is tastefully decorated.

It was a pleasure to stay at the property, the highlights are the pool, access to the sea with private sunbathing dock and hot shower even by the pool . The house enjoys a great view, large and super equipped kitchen, comfortable and livable terraces, comfortable and new bathrooms. Really great experience!! Thank you to Daniele for your time!

A beautiful little house with a fantastic view of the sea. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are small but nicely furnished and you have everything you need. The terrace is very large with plenty of seating and beautiful tables. From there you have a wonderful view of the sea. The area consists of a few other vacation homes and is very quiet. There is a swimming pool that you can use and at the end of a long staircase an access to the sea (no beach but rocky but still great for swimming). Around the cottage is a small garden and many beautiful trees. Giovanni's father Eduardo welcomed us, showed us everything and was very friendly. If we had a question, we got an answer quickly. For shopping, you drive about 10-15 minutes by car to the next town. In summary: a very nice quiet place with perfect views with friendly people. We will be happy to come back.

Host very attentive to the needs of the people, kind and helpful; impeccable accommodation with level services (on all the tennis court and the pool), located a stone's throw from the sea. It's a really good experience.

A lovely simple apartment a few steps from a beautiful beach. We didn’t have a car and it was perfect for us here as we could walk to the beaches and into the Port town in the evenings. The apartment is part of a complex which is a little run down but the apartment itself is at the back and very peaceful with a lovely garden full of jasmine. The check in was super simple and the host very helpful throughout our trip. We would love to go back here. Giglio is pure paradise!

The host Marta has always been super kind and helpful, even before check-in. The accommodation has recently been restored with modern and quality materials. The location is fantastic: the beach (even the free one) is very close and convenient to reach, and the center is a few minutes' walk along the seafront (Via Italia). Great restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Conad right in front. The only two flaws in my opinion (but I want to clarify that they do not depend on Marta, of course!) were: especially on Friday/Saturday evening, the neighborhood is a bit noisy for rowdy kids and roaring scooters, also because unfortunately exactly in front of the accommodation there is a porch that makes voices and noises echo, but luckily Marta has equipped the accommodation with windows that, if closed, allow excellent sound insulation; the building is a bit old, certainly not up to the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay!

Comfortable, clean and very welcoming property in a convenient location, you don't need a car if you want to stay in the village. Supermarket is 20 meters away, pharmacy in front and other shops within walking distance. It fully reflects what is reported in the listing. Serena, a super efficient host, welcomed us with joy, giving us useful tips on places and restaurants. Recommended and we hope to be back soon.

Tommaso is a nice and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He made a great effort to ensure that we guests were doing well in his house. He changed the gas bottles for the hot water and adjusted the heating on request and asked several times about our condition. We liked the vacation home very much, a top location right on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is functionally furnished in a country house style, the kitchen small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We will be happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your committed demeanor.
