Loved our stay here! From the moment we arrived it was perfect. Gabrielle was fabulous and helped arrange a private driver to and from the airport . The area was beautiful . We loved the restaurant recommendations and cherished our time exploring Rome and Vatican City. The views were amazing!

One of the best Air BnBs we have ever stayed, it was like walking into your personal 5 Star hotel. The accommodations were comfortable and very well thought out. I never felt like something was missing. On the last night we had the cooking experience and we loved having not only Maurizio cooking a wonderful dinner, but being part of our family for the night. 😊 the dinner was also exceptional, one of the best dinners we have had in Italy. The parking garage close by made the stay convenient as well. Parked the car the first day and when we were ready to leave, walked the block and a half to pick the car up and leave Rome. We would stay here over and over again.

Thanks to Edoardo and his mother, we had a wonderful holiday in Rome. The apartment was just like the photos—very spacious and clean. It was fully equipped with kitchenware and amenities, so we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If we ever come back to Rome, we’d love to stay here again.

We had a great stay at Valeria's place! The location was excellent—just steps from the metro, which made getting around Rome super easy. Valeria was a thoughtful host and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Giuseppe’s place is wonderful. Great location - a few minutes walk to the Vatican and to the metro/bus stops, lots of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. It was very clean amd spacious. It had free coffee and water. Giuseppe was also very helpful and responsive. We had a problem with the washer but he immedately solved it and didn’t charge us for the damage.

Plenty of room for two couples. The kitchen was fully equipped and the location was perfectly located near lots of restaurants, shops, and sites. Highly recommend!

Communication with the host worked very well. We responded quickly to requests from us. We were there with our two dogs. Right outside the property, there are good opportunities for walking with the dogs. The Rebibbia subway station can be reached in a few minutes by car and you can park under cover very cheaply (about 1.5 - 2 euros per day).

Alex was an ideal host. Met us on arrival and showed us around. He was always available via messages if required. The house was fantastic and the gardens and pool were beautiful. The pool is quite deep with a diving board. We decided not to rent a car and taxis were quite expensive so we relied on buses and the metro to get around. A metro bus ticket is 1.50 euros which gives you 100 minutes of travel on the bus and metro ( only one metro ride per ticket ). There are 3 big supermarkets including Lidl which can be reached catching the 88 bus outside the gate. The 906 bus can take you to Valle Aurelia where you can catch the metro to Rome Central. Overall, we all had a fantastic time and loved every minute of it. A fantastic host of a lovely villa.

Cosy apartment with real fire

We travel to Rome often, this is the best place so far. There is a terrace with shade, ideal to cool off when the weather is too hot. The host provided things for the breakfast in the fridge as well as free soft drinks. Upon arrival we were met by the host Andrea who showed us in. The Colosseum is 5 minutes by foot.

I really liked the accommodation! The apartment is clean, cozy, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Elvin, polite) and was always in touch. The apartment fully corresponds with the description, clean and bright. There is everything for living: dishes, appliances, good linen. It is super convenient to every place you want to go. Jacopo was an INCREDIBLE host. I have rarely encountered a friendlier, more proactive, helpful, and extraordinarily accommodating host. He even let us stay a few hours later than the scheduled check-out to make it easier for us to make our flight. The apartment was perfectly clean and extremely comfortable. It was so nice having two bathrooms and a washer/dryer. The property is not in the center of Rome, but it is serviced by several buses, so if you give yourself some time, it's easy to get to the center. There is an excellent restaurant--rated one of the very best Carbonara in Rome--just minutes from Jacopo's apartment.

Perfect place to stay in Rome for a family. The property was clean, convenient and had everything we needed. Flaviana was so helpful and accommodated our every request.

Roberto’s place in Castel Gandolfo was absolutely perfect. It’s so well maintained and has everything you may need! Roberto was a kind host that even offered to drive me from the train station. The home is in a perfect location just a 3 minute walk from the main square of the town. Definitely a slower/quiet area at least when I was there in October but stunningly beautiful :)

Place was clean and close to the central train station and 10-15 min walk to the Colusseum. Lots of great local spots to eat and the hosts were very responsive to our needs.

Comfortable Stay in a Peaceful Area I stayed for three nights in this peaceful residential area, close to the Aura Department Store and a Bangladeshi minimarket. The unit has three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was great for our group. However, there are no locks on the doors, and the rooms are not soundproof; I could easily hear my friends talking. The kitchen is well-equipped with various seasonings, but it’s inconvenient that using the washing machine and dryer isn’t allowed between 8 pm and 9 am, especially for early risers heading out for excursions. A major drawback was the renovation work in the unit below, which started at 8 am and went until 4 pm, creating absolutely disruptive drilling and knocking noise throughout the day. Despite these issues, the location and amenities made for a decent stay overall.

It was so cozy and comfortable. I stayed with 3 adults and 1 child. There were two rooms and the bed was large, so I had a comfortable stay. Post also recommended a restaurant in Rome and showed me where to leave my luggage before the flight. The location is close to the Colosseum.

This is such a beautiful apartment, very well appointed and in a great location. You can walk everywhere which is helpful with the Rome traffic and despite being so central (15 minute walk to the Trevi fountain) it’s lovely and quiet at night. The terraces are beautiful and catch the sun all day long. Rudi was very responsive and friendly from start to finish. Would thoroughly recommend.

Definitely worth considering this location if you want to feel like you are in a less touristy part, where locals eat, meet and live. It's not too far to walk to the centre or the colloseum and is between two beautiful basilicas. There is a metro stop about 5 mins walk, you are near to termini as well. The apartment is large and has all amenities. It's clean and light. Alvise is a great host with helpful advice and put us in touch with a company to arrange airport transfers which was super easy. Lots of coffee places and pizzerias nearby as well as an Irish pub and Chinese nextdoor. Can be noisy, but we didn't mind. All in all, I think it's a great option.

Very good support from the host, good recommendations. It was our first time in Rome, Livia provided good instructions for transportation tips.

The place is great and accurately described. Super walkable (to different neighborhoods too) and easy to access. Michelle was great and super helpful. FYI, the washer/dryer is a combined unit so loads can take awhile.

Anna Maria’s Nuances apartment at the Colosseum was spectacular! It was spotless clean and offered all the best amenities, such as slippers, and dental kits as one would expect at a 5+ star hotel. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well. The apartment is located on a very quiet street but close to many restaurants and bars. Travelling with young children, we appreciated the quiet. The apartment is within close walkable proximity to all the major attractions, such as the Spanish Steps and the Trevi fountain. Anna Maria, herself was very responsive and was there to meet us and to give us a tour of the apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment!! Thank you Anna Maria for being a wonderful host!
