What a wonderful week we had in Parghelia! It was a home away from home! Accommodation is beautiful and catered perfectly to our needs as a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children). The hosts had anticipated our needs and provided everything we could have wanted, and more. It was immaculately clean, we could park outside, and the beautiful Michelino Beach was just a ten minute walk. We drove to Tropea and Pizzo and spent lots of time in Parghelia itself soaking up the culture and atmosphere. Gerardo was a perfect host, responded quickly, and his parents were so warm and friendly - it is no exaggeration to say that they were the best hosts we have ever had on Airbnb! We felt so welcome. We would wholeheartedly recommend here for a Calabrian stay. The house was beautifully decorated, retaining rustic charm, but with every modernity needed. We really enjoyed our holiday - we did not encounter another single Brit during the week which added to the authentic experience. La dolce vita!

I had such an amazing stay in Tropea at Elizaveta's house! From the very beginning, Elizaveta & Elio were so friendly and even picked me up at the train station and dropped me there after my stay! The apartment had everything I needed for 5 days and fully stocked kitchen with everything required. The water was lovely and hot and the wifi very fast! It's located right in the middle of the old town and walking distance to restaurants, cafe's and supermarkets and the beach! Even though its winter, I still spent everyday at the beach swimming and enjoying the ocean. Tropea was very quiet and lovely at this time and it was nice to see a usually busy place in its natural element...without loads of tourists. Would 100% stay here again.

We spent the Christmas holidays in Giulia's precious apartment. Beautiful, cozy, bright and equipped with everything you need to spend even a few days. Very close to all the sights of the area such as Capo Vaticano, Zambrone and Vibo Valentia and above all with a guaranteed sea view. Giulie was a super responsive and available host. She's certainly The place I would definitely go back in the summer. I literally loved this place, a very comfortable bed and a well-served area. Thanks again Giulia❤️
