My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean, equipped with all the necessities you will need look just as seen in pictures. The staff is very responsive and accommodating to requests. The location is amazing, grocery market right next door, high end restaurants and lounges downstairs. Easy walk to boat docs for boating, jet-ski activities. Security staff downstairs was very nice as well.

An airy upper hallway is highlighted by ornate railings and large windows allowing natural light to illuminate the space. The marble flooring complements the white walls, and decorative elements enhance the aesthetic, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests exploring the villa.

My experience with Mint Stay was amazing! I rented a villa from them, and Mr. Fadi and his team were extremely professional and supportive. They were always available to help me and have made my stay very comfortable. I definitely give them more than 5 stars! Thank you for the excellent service.

Nicely furnished apartment in a great location. Lacking on some amenities--the beds are hard and uncomfortable, could use mattress toppers. There is nowhere to plug in phone or laptop chargers in any of the bedrooms. No cutting boards in the kitchen. If you're just using it as a crash pad then it's fine.

It’s a luxury home, great for big family , care about the details, every thing we need was available. Those 6buildings in JPR might get you lost in the parking and building access but this host call me several times and was waiting for me at the parking. Guid me directly to the parking area, help me with my luggage and direct me to the apartment. Mohammed take me through a full tour in the apartment and explain all the amenities available in the building. Great experience in the Appartment and the services. Strongly recommended

What an amazing stay we had. It felt so extremely royal. So extremely spacious. If you’re looking for cleanliness, comfort, space, and luxury this is absolutely your place to stay. We went with a big group. And everybody had their own privacy. The kids and us enjoyed the pool and beach so extremely much. Above all this is a very safe area. Jazil was so extremely helpful. Very friendly and responds right away. Thank you Jazil. Because of you we will definitely be booking again!
