Vacation rentals with a home theater in Marina Beach

The place was as described, they provided way better service and essentials (which is highly appreciated) than most Airbnb in Dubai, which makes it homely and welcoming. A lot of thought was put into the unit itself, while providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend.

Very pleasant experience. I am frequent traveler to Dubai and always enjoy staying in this area. It is 50 meters away from the aisle to Dubai Mall/Metro, and surrounded by many restaurants and a supermarket. The host is kind and responsive, and the room is very quiet and clean. A very good place combined with privacy and convenience.

over 12 years of using airbnb and this is by far the best place and best host yet. They accomedated my late checkout request when they didn't have to. The place is well stocked with everything one needs to make the Stay pleasant. other hosts need to take notes.

We had a great stay at Blue Cloud Airbnb. The room was a bit small at first, but it was in a peaceful and welcoming community, which made it very relaxing. We did experience a minor issue with water leakage from the washing machine, but the hosts handled it extremely well. They responded promptly and went above and beyond by moving us to a larger and more comfortable room. Things like this can happen, and we truly appreciate how professionally and kindly it was dealt with. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Blue Cloud to others. We’ll surely be coming back!

Significant work around the residence should be disclosed prior to booking. It is essential not to discover, with annoyance, a view of a construction site accompanied by significant noise pollution. That said, the charm of the owners and the quality of their support greatly mitigate this inconvenience. A property to recommend to travelers, especially for the warm welcome and availability of the hosts. Exciting location

We booked the place few months in advance and it was a great deal. The apartment was on the 18th floor and had 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was quite spacious. The only downside was the other two rooms were a little smaller. But don't let that discourage you, the living room was huge and well decorated. The sofas was very comfortable and the attached kitchen was easy to cook in. The master bedroom has an attached washroom with bathtub (washroom was huge). The other two bedrooms had a common washroom which was spacious enough too. There was another washroom near the kitchen albeit without a shower. The best part was all the washrooms were squeaky clean and spotless. However, the best part of the apartment is the view. Mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa along with Dubai Mall gives you every bang of the buck. You could easily see the Fountain Show right from your balcony if you're lazy enough to walk for 5 mins. If that's not all, the host is super helpful and responsive.

Had the most wonderful experience regarding the stay. The hosts Duhome and adam were very responsive and went out of their way to help us. We asked for early check in and thanks to the hosts we were provided with it. I would 10/10 recommend to book this place for anyone who is interested in staying very close to downtown dubai / business bay areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiant for our work trip, and it met all our expectations. First and foremost, it was exceptionally clean, which I believe is the most important factor for feeling comfortable. The apartment had a lovely balcony and received plenty of sunshine, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, there was no noise or disturbances from the building, which made for a peaceful stay. During our time there, we did experience some WiFi issues on the first night, but our host was quick to address and resolve the problem in a friendly and efficient manner. There were two minor things missing that would have made the stay even better. First, wine glasses or cups—there were only regular glasses available. Second, a soap holder or a washing liquid dispenser would have been helpful, as we had to place the soap directly on the sink. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

Kensho Stay, the host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring I had all the information I needed for a smooth visit. This property is in a really good location and is very neat and tidy with incredible views from the 35th floor balcony. Worth noting the fountain show and lights are inoperative for part of the year but that’s expected for maintenance and warmer months. The view is still incredibly of the Burj all the same. The mattresses and pillows were very comfy and we lived the big tv and comfy lounge. Well decked out kitchen as well. Thanks for making us feel so welcome this property is a credit to its owners. Easy walk to catch an Uber or taxi or walk to Dubai Mall just down the road.
