This place was a real find, with a peaceful conservatory and a private garden leading directly on to the beach, which feels really very unusual. The place had everything you need and was very clean and well maintained. The beds were really comfortable. Chris was super helpful and proactive with great guidance on the local area.

Really enjoyed our stay at Paula’s flat. Loved the seaside decor. Two big bedrooms and plenty of coat hangers in the wardrobes. Lovely furnishings in the lounge. A pretty little garden full of roses and a sunny deck. We always managed to park on the street near the flat. The parking behind the flat was very tight and not suitable for a larger car. We walked to the seafront in five minutes and to town in ten. Great location. Whitstable had real charm - an active seafront, lots going on and loved the shops and cosy restaurants on High St and Harbour St. Paula emailed a really detailed list of things to do and restaurant, pubs and cafes to try which was much appreciated as it was our first visit to Whitstable. Great place to walk the coastal path. We also drove to Botany Bay and walked to Broadstairs. Had a lovely day in Canterbury exploring the lanes full of interesting shops and restaurants, did the river walk and saw the beautiful cathedral. Despite mixed weather plenty to do.

The apartment was easy to find with Lisa's accurate instructions. Beautiful apartment with a view of the sea, and immaculately clean with secure gated parking too. Great location for walking along the seafront with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Lisa's communication was excellent throughout and she went out of her way to check everything was perfect for us. A lovely apartment for a relaxing weekend away. Highly recommended.

We had a great time in Deborah’s apartment in Deal. The house was everything the photos showed and more. Very clean, beds were comfortable and the location was fab. Would have no hesitation in rebooking or recommending this property. Thanks Deb’s

We had a lovely long weekend at Dan and Erica's place. The flat was really well set up for children and felt like a home away from home- our 3 little ones loved it! The flat is in a great location for exploring the area.Lots of things to do locally and a great folder in the flat giving recommendations. Could have easily filled a whole week with activities. We hope to be able to come back very soon.

Great place. Was bigger than expected, and had everything in close proximity. Located right on the sea front with great views of the beach and sea from all the front windows.

This two bed ground floor apartment has great sea views and a garden which catches the sun from sunrise to almost sunset.

Peter met us on arrival and showed us the apartment and explained the amenities. He was very helpful and had plenty of local knowledge and advice. The apartment was ideally located, in a quiet location near to the town centre. We were able to walk into town or elsewhere within the city within minutes. Peter was very responsive and answered our questions very quickly. We had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, made all the better by the ideal location.

The opportunity came to get away for a couple of nights and we couldn't think of anywhere better than to return to Peter's and Fergal's place in beautiful Whitstable, having spent a number of weeks here over the years. Although it is a five hour journey to Whitstable from Manchester, we absolutely love this place. Peter's response to our last minute request was immediate and made the stay flawless and an extremely pleasant experience. We do love a barbecue and we were delighted to find everything we needed in the shed at the back of the beautiful garden. Also took the opportunity to go swimming in the sea. Doesn't get any better! There is nothing that both Peter and Fergal haven't thought of to make it a pleasant experience, whether it is for a couple of nights or a couple of weeks. We will be back next year for a longer stay for sure. This house is a must for anyone wanting to visit beautiful Whistable.

We were a family party of 7 who meet up the same time each year. This accommodation was just perfect - literally had anything you need. We were lucky with the weather and managed to have 2 BBQ in the lovely garden. Would definitely stay here again

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

Perfect little cottage. Excellently equipped, clean and the surroundings were stunning. Lovely little church at the end of the road was such a treat. I particularly enjoyed being two doors down from a lovely bakery/coffee shop which came in very handy for breakfast. Everything you could need being within 5 min walking distance meant it was unnecessary to feel like you needed to travel all over. Great stay.

What an amazing place, Seasalter Cabin provided us with a “home” to stay for 4 days. There were lots of options if you want to eat out, or cook! We love your kitchen and that dining table. Feeling energised and chilled afterwards. Thank you!

A comfy, clean and central location. Good for a family with teens. We had everything we needed and communication was prompt. Enjoyed a day trip to Dover Castle and Mass downtown. Very easy to get to by foot. Thank you for a lovely stay! May God bless you!

Really great stay for a large group, wirh fantastic sized bedrooms all round, plenty of space for everyone and lovely outdoor space for good weather!

We had a great stay at Deannas beautiful house! It was said by multiple guests that it felt really homely and a very loved home, which is hard to find when looking for large rentals! We were very lucky with the weather so were able to make the most of the beautiful and well looked after garden, which comfortably sat us all. It was also very well equipped which made our lives so much easier trying to cater to 14 people, with additional fridge and freezer in the utility room. Deanna was a great host, and went above and beyond to ensure we had local information and fun things to do, with a relaxed check in and out time which was greatly appreciated. Thank you again for an incredible stay, I look forward to hopefully booking again soon!

Great apartment. Beds very comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise and very welcome. Very close to town and sea.

Sue was an absolutely wonderful host. She communicated with me prior to the trip to make sure that everything went smoothly. She was extremely responsive and even came to help when we needed her. Her apartment was perfect for what we were looking for, she was very thoughtful and we felt right at home. If ever we’re back in Deal, we will definitely stay at her apartment again!

Great property. Pics don’t do it justice. We really felt at home. Super close to the beach and park for the dogs. So many amenities, even a spare toothbrush - which i had forgotten at home. Thank you for having us.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay with my family. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped inc a delightful array of kitchenware ( I appreciate this so much ). The location is fantastic.. easily accessible to great shops & restaurants. Julia’s recommendations were much appreciated. Angela’s & Dory’s were excellent. Most importantly.. Julia’s place was cleaned to a high standard.. we highly recommend to anyone interested in booking.

We absolutely loved this apartment! Was in the best location and it really felt like we were staying in a historical location! We ended up travelling by public transport rather than via car, and there was a bus stop very close by which made it super easy to explore the local area. We had great walks directly outside the apartment and we fell in love with Ramsgate. Would stay at the property again in a heartbeat. Thanks David!

Great stay. Everything was as described and there were even toys and books for children. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Only a short walk down to the seafront. Easy to park along the road.

Lovely apartment, with great facilities and ideal location. Beach, high street and train station all within 5 mins walk. Karim was responsive and gave lots of local recommendations, which was much appreciated!
