Monthly Rentals in Marden

Christina’s Barn was the perfect British countryside stay. Our flights from the USA meant that we arrived at 9am and Christina was kind enough to arrange an early check in. We were welcomed with tea and cake which was gratefully received after a long journey. The barn is very comfortable, well appointed, clean, warm and has everything you could need and more. Much nicer than the photo’s. Lots of things to do locally, train to London is easy. You do need a car. Great host, great place to stay.

A cosy place to make your base for adventures in Kent. Lovely setup, comfy beds and plenty of opportunity to sit inside or out. Lots of birds to watch and listen to.

Honestly so glad I chose to stay here, and was pleasantly surprised by the company of sheep/lambs! It was so peaceful and tranquil. Beautiful little home and get away 10/10, would love to come back

I had such a lovely stay at Daisy the Shepherd’s Hut! The hut itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a peaceful countryside escape. It’s clear a lot of care and attention has gone into making the space both charming and comfortable. The host was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, striking the perfect balance between helpful and respectful of privacy. One of the highlights was the folder of local recommendations—especially the country walks, which were well described and led to some truly stunning scenery. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. Everything from the cozy interior to the peaceful setting made this a perfect retreat. I’d highly recommend Daisy to anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with the countryside. I’d happily return!
